HOME TRUTHS
- The home is on well water and septic system.
- Well water may taste or smell differently than you're used to, but it is safe.

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- Must be over 25 to rent this home.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your rental total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-Pool is fenced and cannot be heated. Pool depth is between 5-6 feet.

-Guests will have access to pickleball court. Net and equipment are found in garage. Guests can request pickleball net to be setup prior to your arrival, but guest is responsible for putting it away when finished.

-No pets allowed on property.

-For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
