Fall in love with your home away from home. This beautiful, contemporary home overlooks a lush green yard feeding into calming Lake Catherine. The property offers two large decks overlooking the lake as well as a sitting area underneath to gather. You can use the porch swings, go fishing, roast marshmallows for a picnic, and grill all at the same time. Relax and enjoy a spa like retreat in the Master bath soaking tub. Along with a stand up tiled shower. With 2700 sq ft, there is plenty of room for the family. All walk in closets. Large open floor plan, upscale spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. The large glass windows offer spectacular lake views across the entire backside of the house. Each room has their own personal bathroom. The guest rooms upstairs share a second living area with pull out and flatt screen TV. master has king bed and three queen beds.
Great place for the entire family.
Plenty of parking and boat slip available for our guests.
Not far from Lake Catherine State Park, community pool, tennis courts and our beautiful golf course plus fitness center. Rent a boat and just pull up... Why wait.

Family Christmas in Hot Springs

We decide to have our kids meet us in Hot Springs to celebrate Christmas. We picked this house because it had the number of rooms we needed and they were all rooms with queen/king bed not one room with bunk beds. The house was a great size for 8 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great as well. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Comfortable stay

The house was spacious and comfortable for our two families. Beautiful spot on the river. Not much access to grocery stores or other amenities nearby. The kitchen was furnished well for our cooking needs.

Fantastic Four Couple Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four couple golf, casino and racetrack weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. Three bedrooms with private baths all overlooking the lake. One bedroom with a full bath just outside its door with a view of the front of the property. Exceptional covered outdoor patio with seating for a large group & a charcoal grill/smoker with a beautiful view of the lake. The property is in a gated community with winding, narrow roads. It took us approximately 25 minutes to get to/from Hot Springs Oaklawn area. Golf at Diamondhead 7 minutes to Pro Shop. Hot Springs Villages golf 45 plus minutes depending on the course being played. Management of the home prompt, friendly and professional.

The home was beautiful, and it was very clean, and the location to Oaklawn was perfect! If I could make one recommendation it would be to replace the mattresses, the beds were very uncomfortable! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Girls’ Family Getaway

This is a beautiful home with so much space! We were 4 generations of girls from 3 to 80. Plenty of room to spread out and cozy enough to enjoy cooking, games and family fun inside and outside! Pictures don’t do this place justice. So happy that we were able to make wonderful memories!

Very nice house with plenty of room for our group of 8. House was very clean. About a 20 min drive to the races. There is a flight of stairs to get into the house just in case you have someone that can’t climb stairs.

Fabulous Home for a Weekend Getaway!

We had a great weekend. 3 married couples relaxing for my Birthday! House is immaculate! Beds are comfy. We loved the firepit! However, if you plan to grill after dark, bring a flashlight. Felt a tad rushed to checkout by 10am, but they let us check in at 2 at no addtl charge instead of 4 so it worked out. We can't wait to come back maybe in the summer with our kids to play & fish on the water.

Very quiet and quaint but great for couples

Overall the property was wonderful. It was perfect for four couples. The bathroom situation is always a big deal for adults, so this one was perfect. Big open area for gathering and chatting. Bathrooms and bedrooms are all good. Master bathroom and bedroom especially nice. I guess the biggest issue is the distance between the house and the fun things to do in Hot Springs. But we got ourselves an Uber special notice , Roma, and she is amazing, and comes to get us every time we come to town. Joe Anne and her team really cool cool and easy to work with. Silliest thing ever as there’s not enough chairs downstairs I said before as well as no wine glasses. I left several behind.

The property was very nice and up to date and fully equipped with everything. Shout out to Joanne who answered my numerous questions up until the day we came. When I met Joanne in person she was so wonderful. We are definitely adding this place to our yearly Vacation spots we can't wait to go back.
