1. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Please note that any lost key or fob/key combo will result in an additional $120 fee.
If the fob/key combo is not placed in the lock box during check out, that will be an additional $100.
2. Smoking Policy
Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Violation of this policy will result in a $250 fine for cleaning and odor removal.
3. Noise Policy
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours.
No loud parties or events are allowed.
Excessive noise complaints may result in a warning, followed by a $150 fine for each subsequent violation.
4. Maximum Occupancy
The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum number of guests as indicated in the listing. Do not exceed this limit, as it may result in eviction without a refund.
5. Pets
Pets are allowed in the apartment. But have to be included in the booking. Bringing pets without them being included in the booking, will include a $300 charge per pet, per violation.
6. Kitchen Use
Please clean up after using the kitchen and all appliances.
Dishes and cookware must be washed and put away.
Dispose of any food items before check-out.
7. Damages and Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any damages to the apartment or missing items during their stay. Please report any damages or missing items to us immediately.
8. Garbage and Recycling
Please follow local guidelines for separating and disposing of garbage and recycling. Trash should be placed in the designated bins in the building.
9. Respect for Neighbors
Please be respectful and considerate of the residents in the building.
Refrain from congregating in common areas late at night.
11. Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.
12. Air Conditioning and Heating
Please use air conditioning and heating responsibly to conserve energy.
Turn off when leaving the apartment.
13. Emergency Contact
In case of an emergency, dial 911.
For non-emergency issues, contact us via the app.
