NOTE- During Winter Season, prior to your departure always go to Cal Trans to see what the roads and driving requirements are. During heavy snow we don`t have control over where the city plows snow and this could impact parking. We do have contracted snow plow for any snow sitting on the ground over 4`.

The home
Set across multiple levels, this entire Lake Arrowhead home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Lake view and mountain view scenery are woven throughout the property, offering a backdrop that feels removed from the ordinary while keeping you just minutes from Arrowhead Village - where shops and local dining are easy to reach.

Sleeping arrangements
The home is laid out to give groups both togetherness and room to breathe. The Master Suite on the 2nd floor features a king bed, a 43` TV positioned above a working fireplace, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a dry sauna. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which includes a queen bed and a fold-up twin mattress. The entire 3rd floor is dedicated to the fourth bedroom - a spacious retreat with one king bed and one queen bed, a fireplace, a large walk-in closet converted into a lounge space, and a bathroom with his and hers vanities and an oversized walk-through shower. The living room includes a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, and a king air mattress is available upon request.

Kitchen & dining
The gourmet eat-in kitchen is built for groups who love to cook together. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and a large oven make it easy to prepare anything from a full breakfast spread to a multi-course dinner. A fireplace in the kitchen area adds warmth on cooler evenings, and unobstructed lake views make the space feel as good as it functions.

Living space & comfort
The main living area centers on a large, comfortable sofa and a 75` Smart TV - ideal for a quiet night in after time spent outdoors. The home is equipped with central heating and mini split AC units in every bedroom, along with WiFi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Outdoor living & relaxation
Step out onto the spacious multi-level decks and take in the mountain air, then ease into the private hot tub - available year-round, open 24 hours. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill round out the outdoor space, making it as easy to gather outside as in.

Private sauna
A private sauna is available for guests - a genuine luxury after a day of hiking or exploring the area.

Lake access & walking trails
Your stay includes 2 ALA passes, allowing up to 10 guests total to access the private walking trails around the lake. Fishing from the trail is permitted, and there are sandy areas to enjoy between the docks. Please note that lake access is in between private docks only - there is no lake water access, and Lake Arrowhead is a private lake.

Guest access
Self check-in is quick and straightforward via a smart lock with keyless entry. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are welcomed - if the schedule allows, they`ll be accommodated at no extra charge.

Pet policy
Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered at an additional fee. Cats are not permitted.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
