This truly is a "cozy cabin". Accommodations were extremely comfortable and just right for my husband and I to unwind for the long weekend. We would love to stay there again :)

Perfect lodging for our family beach trip. Clean, quiet and walkable to everything we needed. They provided a wagon and beach chairs which was extremely helpful!!

Our second time staying at the cottage was as wonderful as the first! The house and the location are beautiful, close enough to town and the beach to walk, but in a quiet wooded area that gives the best of both worlds. The 12-15 minute walk is hilly, so be aware that it does take a bit of effort, but it’s great to be able to walk to town and to use a wagon, if needed, to bring everything you may want to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and seasonings etc, and it’s so helpful to have the small grill available as well, to be able to prepare meals whenever you wish. We’re looking forward to staying again!

Pristine and cozy cottage tucked into the trees in quiet neighborhood - just steps from dining, shopping, and The Marginal Way. Loved absolutely everything about this home and 1000% will stay again if available when we come back. The decor is beautiful and calming, and Kerri has provided absolutely everything you might want or need including nightlights, hooks, fans, throw blankets, toiletries and lots of coffee!! We were cabin-bound most of the weekend due to the weather and just thoroughly enjoyed being there. Most impressed with the thoughtfulness of these hosts. 10 star stay. Thanks so much.

The house was in immaculate condition and, as described, centrally located to all of the Ogunquit hotspots. We walked to town and the beach every day. The house was stocked with beach items, coffee, linens, etc. our family of four slept comfortably in the 2 bedrooms and used the pull out in the main living area. It was quiet and removed enough from town that we felt at home and the neighbors were friendly when we saw them on our walks. We would stay here or minimally in this area again, for sure! The host, Kerri, was quick to respond to questions.

We could not have asked for a more perfect little place ! This was a " Girls weekend " with my toddler niece and her first time seeing the Ocean. The ocean was just 5 min drive everything cute thing you can think of is so close. Kerri is an excellent host and her property is very special ! Our saty was perfect and so was this house !

We enjoyed our stay very much. Wish there was not a fire ban because we like to sit by the fire but, that was not the host issue. Our host was very flexible with our stay. We were booked for June but, our friends had a death in the family but our host was able to switch us to September. We will recommend this property for sure.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely place. Loved the pine and spruce trees surrounding the place and how quiet it was there. It was also lean and nicely appointed. It was very hot during our trip and the AC was nice to have. We walked to the town quite a bit so could avoid dealing with traffic and parking. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Our stay at this delightful home was wonderful. The space is bright and open and clean… beautiful windows and all of the necessary amenities to have a comfortable week in the quiet, wooded neighborhood, within walking distance to everything we wanted to enjoy in Ogunquit. Kerri was very thoughtful in reaching out to let us know about an approaching thunderstorm, and although we did not meet her, we felt very supported during our visit. We’ve already booked another stay at the cabin for our vacation next year!

The bedroom in the downstairs bedroom desperately needs a new mattress. We did not use the upstairs bedroom.The distance to town was accurate however it was not an easy walk for older people like us. It was hilly and we could not have walked that distance unless it was on level surfaces. The living room should have another full size couch. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped though we did not cook. I also appreciated the things provided like plastic wrap, plastic bags, etc.
