Cozy beach retreat minutes from Footbridge Beach!

Welcome to The Wee House OGT - Our Happy Place!

The Wee House is our cozy spot for enjoying all there is to offer here at the beautiful place by the sea that is Ogunquit.

Location, location, location! The BEST part of The Wee House is it's location. We are a five-minute walk to Footbridge Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches on the East Coast. People walk from miles away to spend the day at Footbridge, whereas you'll be on the soft sand in minutes. You can kayak and paddleboard on the Ogunquit River, which is just before the footbridge, or you can head straight for the waves at Footbridge Beach. You can even walk to Downton OGT and Ogunquit Beach from our beach in just 10-15 minutes!

The house is open concept with windows on all sides to let the sunshine in! You enter into the living area which has a TV with streaming services (using your login), a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa, side chairs, and an expandable table for dining and working. You'll find plenty of blankets and pillows to cuddle up with on rainy days or nights for watching movies in.

The living area opens to the fully-stocked kitchen that also includes a dishwasher, stove and fridge. Other kitchen amenities are listed in the amenities section. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, armoire for clothing and other items. Adjacent to the kitchen is the full bath with shower.

Outside you will find a grill and small deck to enjoy a cocktail and lobsters from down the street at Plum Island Lobsters or wherever you want to grab your fresh seafood! There are, however, so many dining and imbibing options in OGT you may find yourself not using the kitchen too much. In the basement, you will find beach chairs, a cooler, wagon and other beach-related niceties. The basement also has a washer and dryer for your use.

Parking is a premium in OGT so we are lucky to have 2 off-street parking spaces directly in front of the house on the gravel drive. If you're like us, you won't need to drive much as there is so much to do, eat, and drink within walking distance of our house. In fact, there are 4 restaurants/bars less than a 5-minute walk from the house. And, if you take the 15 minute walk to Downtown on Route 1, you'll hit more restaurants and bars before you hit the mecca that is Downtown. Our Welcome Booklet will give you all the details!

Please note - we do not allow pets but when we stay at our house, we bring our dog. We make every effort to remove traces of him from the house but we want people to be aware that there has been a pet in the house.
