For our adult family of 5 if was excellent at bringing us some quality family time. Even with our small mishap Jermey did everything in his power to make us comfortable. I wish this house was closer to where we live because we and others would rent it all the time!

Could use some updates on some of the games the pool table was broken and missing the 8 ball / the football table was broken/ the asteroid game didn't work well the sqeeball game was one that was the best need to clean under the cushions on the couch got woke up early from the people upstairs stomping around.

Great host, fun place. It is an old house and shows signs of aging, but nothing you wouldn’t expect. Everything is functional and well kept. The games were fun, and our kids had a blast! Heads up for tall people - the shower has a clearance of 6’2”, so be ready to duck as you shower!

We arrived and the house was as described. Lots of fun games of All kinds, themed rooms. Clean (except for coffee pot filter area). Owner fixed issues in a timely manner. Would stay again!

There were some problems when we first checked in. The overall theme of the house and the idea the owner is going for is a fun idea. The owner was very friendly and was notably upset over the condition of the house when we checked in. Overall it was clean but whoever was the cleaning crew appeared to have left in the middle of changing the bedding and doing laundry. We actually had to buy clean sheets for one bed so we could sleep. There were a few of the game machines that didn't work unfortunately and whoever was the last guests had stolen the pool cue sticks and some other game equipment. The owner stated he had just replaced all of those items!!! We took pictures of everything and sent them to the owner. He apologized and said he would address the issue. It's a neat little house and would be fun for families with kids. The neighborhood is somewhat run down, but we did not feel unsafe. There were some issues with the ceiling leaking in the one bedroom and the sink in the bathroom attached. I hope the owner finds a more honest and reliable team to take care of his property!! Overall I would give this property a 7/10 rating.

The place was very clean. Host very quick to respond to messages or questions. Great front porch for hanging out. The gaming theme was intresting. That was not the draw for us.weneeded a one night stay at a reasonable price close to our performance venue. This was it.Only one caveat. If you have any mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. Nothing dangerous. Just not accomadating due to steps, lighting and some tight corners.

Jeremy was an excellent host! House was perfect and all the games kept the kids busy. It was nice having washer and dry on site. The popcorn machine was a great touch.

The house is set up well for a fun night with family or friends. The hosts were very creative with their ideas and fit a lot into the space. Everyone loved the themes. We were actually on our way to a board game convention, so we thought this was a fitting spot to stay. While we did really enjoy the house and the host was nice, there are a few things worth mentioning...The remodel felt like it wasn't done professionally, so the house's age does show. The house is pretty small, so there is no dining table. The window A/C in one bedroom was on a wall that goes into a laundry room that's shared with the other unit. It felt like if someone wanted to, they could get into the room pretty easily. I'm pretty sure the kids could access YouTube and other content from the TVs in the bunk beds, which might not be ideal for some kids. If you're looking for a fun stay and not expecting a 5-star resort, this could be a really great option.

We were really looking forward to the house but when we arrived we were met with significant water damage in a couple of the rooms so we decided not to use them for our safety. There was leftover popcorn in the popcorn machine from previous guests. I let the owner know both issues and he apologized and said he would refund the cleaning fee. We shall see about that. We later found the refrigerator was filthy and had leftover food from other guests. The home smelled very musty and there were little bugs flying around the entire time so we chose to eat out in cleaner environments. I suspect the bugs were from some left over sugar as there was a bag that appeared to be rotting. The couch had several stains and the walls in the room with the bunk were pretty dirty with what looked like feces. The main bathroom was clean outside of the inner shower curtain that needs to be replaced. Our favorite room was the bedroom with a bunk. We enjoyed the ski ball. We also played the retro games on the living room TV and cards. Overall, our stay didn't meet our expectations but we made the best of it as much as we could. I hope this feedback will encourage the owner to invest in the property a little more as the gamer oasis was our sole purpose for this trip and we found ourselves looking for reasons to leave even though that was not our intention.
