The space
Cozy styish bungalow in the Moon City Arts District that's perfect for the business traveler or a couples' weekend getaway. Furnished in mid-century style, the living room features a comfortable full size fold out bed. A new 42-inch 4K HDTV is accessable to Local and cable channels (on D- TV) and Netflix. Full sized kitchen with dining table and four chairs for easy breakfast and dinners in. Complimentary coffee, tea and snacks are also available. The bedroom has a queen sized bed has a new memory foam mattress, with walk- in closet, TV with Roku and bureau for storage. Extra "sun room" is at back of house with desk for a work space and an antique wicker rocker makes the perfect place to read and relax.

The kitchen has all new appliances and includes all the cooking utensils you need for preparing your own meals. Silverware, dishes and glasses are also included.

Dogs are allowed. Please let me know when you book if you are bringing a dog. There is a $25 pet fee.

Hosts are happy to provide info on local sights to see, nearly local restaurants and events. This is a 114 year old house and we are doing some remodeling projects inside and out- and are making improvements daily. We have the guest space cleaned professionally after each guest. .
