This is the perfect house for a solo traveler in Springfield! The office off of the bedroom was a welcome bonus since I was traveling for my job. I will definitely stay again!

This charming and cozy home is nestled in a picturesque neighborhood. The art around the area adds to its delightful ambiance. The house is immaculately clean and inviting, with neatly folded towels, wash clothes, and bedding. There are plenty of shopping and sightseeing opportunities within a short twenty-minute drive. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay.

Quaint little updated 100-year-old home. Was very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing on the Mother Road and surrounding area. The host was responsive and check in was stress free. Would stay her again.

This is a darling property, well maintained and full of art and information about the location, as well as thoughtful amenities like filtered drinking water & ice. As a single woman traveler I appreciated the safety of the neighborhood, parking and easy to use security system. I spent a good deal of time on the porch admiring the trees. :) The managers were welcoming and responsive; a minor maintenance issue was fixed swiftly. Springfield and Mansfield are both full of engaging & reasonably priced things to do. Will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the little house. It was roomier than I thought it would be and very clean. It was close to downtown about a six or seven minute drive. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and communication was great with the host. They have in-house security and a ring camera so that increased the feeling of security since we came and went often. The only thing I think should be mentioned is it is an old house so the bathtub is old and slightly dips in the center. If anyone struggles with balance just be aware, it didn’t cause us any problems and we very much enjoyed our stay.

It was a very easy check in process. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Valorie would quickly respond to any questions I had. Someone even mowed the lawn while we were out shopping one afternoon! It was perfect for our week in Springfield. Thank you.

This little house was incredible! I want to thank our hosts for providing a stellar experience. My wife and I were in Springfield for a Samantha Fish show and the location was perfect for driving to the Guillioz theater. The bed was quite comfortable and the ambiance was amazing! We got in late. Started to unpack. Bathroom vanity was filthy, took me over one hour to clean inside outside of bathroom vanity, thankfully host had provided Clorox wipes. Dishwasher leaked had to clean floor every time. Bathroom is not up to code, tub sinks in towards middle of tub. If you have any problems with balance do not take a shower in this bathroom. Thankfully we were visiting family and could use their showers. there are no grab bars, if you have balance issues or you are older DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. Also steps in front of bungalow do not have railings to hold onto, so older people look elsewhere or people with balance issues.Rooms were large, bed was comfortable.

Rex- we appreciate your honest review. I sincerely apologize for any areas that weren’t up to snuff. The house is over a century old - so the cast iron tub is original and yes doesn’t have grab bars or railings up the front 2 steps. There is a textured bath mat available in the bathroom to put in the shower to make the tub safer. Again I apologize you didn’t have the best experience. We pride ourselves on being super hosts and having our place professionally cleaned after every stay. I hope you have a nice holiday weekend. Valorie and Jeff
