Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, balcony, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking, coffee maker, washer, and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around the home is Old Town Stuart. It is a historic district with a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. It is also home to the Lyric Theatre, a performing arts venue.
Getting Around:
You can get around by car, bike, or on foot.

-Pineapple Joe's Grill & Raw Bar: 26.3 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 39 minutes to get there by car.
-Manatee Island Fort Pierce: 21.6 miles via NW Federal Hwy and US-1 N/S US Hwy 1. It should take about 35 minutes to get there by car.
-Skipper's Cove Bar & Grill: 1.0 miles via US-1 S and S Colorado Ave. It should take about 3 minutes to get there by car.
-Sharky's: 2.1 miles via US-1 S. It should take about 5 minutes to get there by car.
-Captain's Galley: 1.8 miles via US-1 S. It should take about 4 minutes to get there by car.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.
If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.
The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card. Please reach out if you have further questions.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.
Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
