We chose it initially because my husband is in a wheelchair and the house had an elevator but the elevator was tiny and not well suited for handicap access. Highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend this beautifully decorated, highly functional house. The location is perfect for families who want to enjoy the pristine beach and all the amenities offered by Grand Pavillion - pools, restaurants, bars, shopping. Our unit was impeccably clean and everything was in good working order. The elevator was a bonus for unloading and loading our luggage and kitchen stuff. The large open kitchen allowed for multiple Big Chill moments where we could all help prepare meals while dancing around to our favorite music via apps on DirectTV. Quick easy access to the beach and amazing star gazing from the top deck. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Location location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location couldn’t be more perfect, right on the beach. It could be beautiful, but the house needs some maintenance however with broken furniture, broken, spoke on the banister, sticky floors, loose handles on the doors. Also, minor annoyance, but there’s a shared driveway, and while we were told no more than two cars, the other side had four cars in the driveway, at all times, making it difficult for us to manage the two cars we had.

Family Spring Break

A Beachside Retreat

Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinner ware and cooking utensils. Elevator made the move in much easier with luggage and groceries the first day. Watched the sunrise every morning!

Hi Michael, Thank you for taking the time to review your vacation. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at the lovely Vista Mare. We sent the cleaning company back the very next morning to dust the vents you called about and our handyman went at that time to for the door knob that needed adjusted. One of the burners on the cooktop wasn't working and the home owner ordered a new one- we are sorry it did not arrive on time for your visit. Since we remedied the issues, we did not issue a credit back as you requested. The description of the home notates there is parking for 3 vehicles, 2 in garage that can only fit cars or small SUVs. Thank you

Absolutely gorgeous house and location. My 80 year old mother enjoyed watching the ocean from her room. We did not want to leave!

Wonderful reunion

We were so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful house so that our kids could spend time with their grandparents -- first time they had seen each other in over a year! The location is stunning and the house is roomy, comfortable and well-appointed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A Perfect Stay!

We loved the views and the easy access to the beach. The mosquitos surrounding back yard and house were pretty bad... I had bites everywhere. Overall house was well maintained and had everything we needed.

Great Property on Wild Dunes

Grand Pavilion on Wild Dunes is a very nice and active area with a lot of activity for children right on the property. There are beautiful outdoor views overlooking the ocean and the property is right next to beach access.
