109 Grand Pavilion invites you to experience your dream beach vacation in this wonderful four-bedroom home that features unbelievable oceanfront views! Located in the heart of Wild Dunes and directly on the Boardwalk, 109 Grand Pavilion offers your family fantastic vacation home. Your family will know that they have found paradise when they walk into 109 Grand Pavilion!
109 Grand Pavilion in Wild Dunes is an excellent vacation retreat that will delight your family to create memories that will last a lifetime.
One of the unique features of 109 Grand Pavilion is that the oceanfront deck, off of the living room, has six steps taking your family directly down to the pool and then to the beach. This perfect location allows your family to run in and out of the house at ease while enjoying the best of what Wild Dunes has to offer. In addition, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and two large bedrooms all have oceanfront views. Each bedroom has a private bath, flat screen television and a comfortable bed. The master bedroom, located on the third floor, features a king bed plus a private oceanfront balcony. 109 Grand Pavilion is perfect for families as well as four couples traveling to the beach together.
109 Grand Pavilion is a short walk from the Harbor Golf Course, which features a restaurant in the Pro shop. The highly regarded Sand and Sea Day Spa and several additional restaurants are a short walk away. Bike paths are a fun way to explore the Wild Dunes and the Isle of Palms. 109 Grand Pavilion makes bike rentals easy to coordinate with your $250 beach gear credit.
Ideally located, 109 Grand Pavilion is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivanâs Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivanâs Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (9 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (18 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States, and offers some of the worldâs finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- From May-September, guests will need a pool card for Grand Pavilion pool access. (Not needed off-season.) The pools are open year round but are not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Grand Pavilion pools closest to the beach, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beachâor the entire beachâmay be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- There are 2 parking spaces available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
