This Hollywood Hills Mid-Century estate offers luxury living steps away from the famous panoramic Mulholland views. With two unique private front yard patios and a lush, stunning backyard with a pool, this home has seamless indoor-outdoor spaces that provide a resort-like ambiance. All bedrooms have en-suite full baths. Office + additional room desks. With luxury amenities, beautiful landscaping, and ample parking, it's the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
This property combines the quintessential Hollywood Hills lifestyle with expansive Mid-Century design. Located in the highly sought-after Hollywood Hills, the estate is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac above and near Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood, near Mulholland Dr. Its central location allows for easy access to West Hollywood, Ventura, Sunset Strip, and Beverly Hills.
The estate provides a private and paparazzi-free environment, making it a favorite for celebrity rentals and those seeking ultimate privacy. The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Mid-Century Modern home features a 12-foot formal entry with a pool view and outdoor area through expansive sliding glass doors. The open floor plan allows for a seamless indoor and outdoor flow, creating a resort-like living experience.
