The spacious interior boasts modern amenities and the backyard oasis, with a private pool, invites you to bask in the Arizona sunshine. Living room has large comfy sectional, large flat screen TV and 2 ceiling fans. Lots of board games and playing cards are in the cabinet beneath the TV.

Open concept Kitchen and Dining room with seating for up to 14. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans. All new appliances and a Keurig coffee maker which will accept pods or ground coffee.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress. There is a comfy seating/reading area with a view of the pool. The primary bathroom has a double sink, shower and a soaking tub. There is also a huge walk in closet.

Enjoy relaxing by or in the pool. In the cooler months we can heat the pool (extra charge involved). The pool has a new pebble tech lining and is about 5' at the deepest. Relax in the beach loungers in the sun or hang out in the shade. We have some floaties in the pool storage. There is a challenging putting green for all to enjoy. Grill your favorites and enjoy a nice meal on our patio furniture which includes a table with a firepit.

We love the neighborhood. It is close to everything, but away from the crowds. There is the start of neighborhood walking path at the end of the street (about 200 feet away). Enjoy a nice stroll through the neighborhood. You will find a really nice shaded park for the kids along the walk. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the house, or a very short drive by car.

Great Experience and host! A first-class property in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed 6 nights at this home and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property is as described in listing, or even better. Kitchen completely stocked with newer appliances, utensils. There is a tv in each bedroom and the living room. Everything in the house seems new, or in like-new condition. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to restaurants, stores and walking paths. The back yard pool is very clean and refreshing. We had fun with the four hole putting green and found it to be challenging with some tricky angles. Games are provided for both indoor and outdoor activities. The fire pit provided a nice area to sit around during the evenings. The host is very responsive to communications and any issues that may arise during a stay. We will definitely be back when we can stay longer, perhaps this fall.

Best in Town

WOW this home is both beautiful and very clean. I love how it has everything you need, from pool to great games and mini golf. Everything is well organized. Also, very close to all the stores and hiking trails. Thunderbird trail is only 10 min away. The host is wonderful and very responsive. This home is a must if you want to have a relaxing and memorable time. I give it a 10/10

Beautiful Home

This home is the best VRBO I have stayed in! It has so much room, the pool outside is beautiful with a rock waterfall. The putting green is fun and we played it alot. The backyard is an Oasis. They have games to play, but maybe just need toys for smaller children would be my only suggestion. Neighborhood is beautiful also and felt very safe. Would definately stay here again!

We loved it so much, that we would return several times a year. This is our first time owning a vacation rental and we are excited about sharing our home with you. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We wanted to be close to everything, but not too close. Arrowhead shores is the perfect neighborhood. When we visited the home we thought to ourselves that there is no reason for folks to drive down the street unless they are coming to or leaving there home. The neighbors are awesome and have been very welcoming. The neighbors are aware that our home is going to be a short term rental and are excited. We ask that while you visit to be good neighbors as well. Have fun, relax, enjoy the outdoors, just remember that there are families near and dear to us next door.
