This is a condo in a 5-unit building, and they are all vacation rentals. No HOA to worry about. Great for meeting people from across the world. The pool is in the middle of the units, and this is shared with the other guests. Everything else is independent and in your unit. Feel free to message us if you have any questions.

Seatuit Vacation Condos is owned and operated by Darlene and Brian Wilson. Brian is originally from Rockford, Il and Darlene from the New York area. We have owned our 5-unit condo building for about 10 years now. We love traveling and racing BMX with our 2- and 7-year-old sons. SWFL is an amazing place to live and vacation
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Being on a Gulf Access canal is an amazing time especially when the fish are jumping and the sun is setting. A truly wonderful area in SE Cape Coral just miles from downtown and all the fun and entertainment
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Seatuit has a great layout with each of the 5 units having a lanai just steps to the heated pool. We often have guest from different countries staying at the same time. Many worldwide friendships have been cultivated by the common areas @ Seatuit Vacation Condos. All units have been fully renovated over last 3 years and they are truly 5-star vacation rentals.
