Comfortable, clean and included all we needed for a wonderful stay. Resort was very nice has a great pool area and restaurant only a few steps away. The view was absolutely breathtaking!

The view was awesome. The floor plan of the condo was great as well. Perfect temperature for the pool as well as the hot tub. I would recommend to any couple to stay there. Great places to eat either side of the bridge as well on site. The only complaint that the tub was sluggish and sliding doors to balcony could have been cleaner. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The resort was lovely with amazing views from our unit. Hot tub and pool, also with great views, were fantastic. We saw many dolphins and a manatee throughout the week. Our unit had everything we needed to make meals. The building was well maintained and the staff was friendly.

Mary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. In a few pictures. I noticed the height of the tub's side might have been problematic for my wife, who is fairly unstableI asked if she would consider putting in a handrail, which she did and was very much appreciated.

Beautiful condo. Very disappointed in WiFi connectivity and lack of caring once I reported the issue. Im sitting in an airport with WiFi service that is superior to our stay!!!The site advertised WiFi service that was nonexistent

Unfortunately I’m having a wire issue that’s related to the building. I have someone working on it now, It has never happened before, and since Ian we have had some different things just happen. Sorry for the inconvenience. And I did try to help.

The view of the ocean was amazing — seriously, pictures don’t do it justice! We loved every minute of the views. Just a heads-up: the shower is VERY slippery and hard to get in/out of. Feels like a fall waiting to happen. I was aware of this due to the pictures and previous reviews. Also, the appliances were dirty but luckily I had no plans of using them. Nothing that ruined the trip, but worth mentioning. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Beautiful View and Relaxing Stay

View was lovely and parking was a breeze. Apt was clean and comfortable. View every morning with coffee was the best. Building is being spruced up but noise wasn’t a problem for us. Handy having a beautiful waterfront restaurant with excellent food right down stairs. Air conditioning wasn’t responding to my button pushes on my 2nd day (to be honest, it could have been me) but owner was super responsive and sent someone who had it working like clockwork the same day.

Amazing views

Everything perfect although I think the kitchen area needs a little updating in my opinion but that didn’t put a dampener on a first class stay .Mary was very helpful in one small problem. The only bad thing not Mary’s fault new bridge being built was very noisy but I will definitely recommend and return to this property

Have to start out with the big negative. The ridiculous tub you have to step into to take a shower. No grab bars inside or outside of the tub make it very unsafe. Anyone shorter than me (5'10") would have a very difficult time getting in and out of the tub.

Lovers Key Resort is in a great location. Estero Bay is a neat place to adventure. The area is under a lot of construction after hurricanes but that did not bother us. The building may need a little extra maintenance though. It seemed like the ac didn't work correctly on any of the floors and the elevator broke while we were there. We helped an older man haul all his luggage down 8 flights of stairs. Room Pros: The view of the bay from the room is fantastic (I only wish you could see the sunset), the bed was really comfortable, the extras were nice (like the beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies, paper towels, etc.), and the room was clean. Negatives: It's a long story. I am not going to try to regurgitate every detail. My opinion is that Mary is probably a good host normally but forgot we were coming, dropped the ball, and we had to deal with the consequences. She tried to correct issues immediately and that is why we didn't leave. Overall, we feel most of our issues would have been prevented if they had remembered we were coming...Before staying I would I would ask for an update on the AC, water smell from the water heater and the door lock. (yes the door will lock but it will not close or lock on its own like a typical hotel/condo lock. So, repair men will leave it sitting open...meanwhile our possessions sat unprotected for many hours until our return, happened twice.)I hope this review helps the next guest.

I did know you were coming, I was in the unit 2 days prior and the air was working, unfortunately you had issues which I resolved as fast as possible, my AC unit is under 2 years old, which I could not foresee that I would have any issues. As far as the lock, it’s not a hotel, it’s a condo and you have to push the button to lock the door. With the contractors working on things, I told them to lock the unit when they left, unfortunately I have no control over their actions. I offered you a full refund on the 1st day and you decided to stay. As far as the elevator, I have no control with things that just happen, you should have called the front desk to ask for assistance with the couple you were helping. I think I did everything I could in a very timely matter to fix the AC, and the water tank. Since hurricane Ian, we have just had issues with the smell, I also had that flushed and repaired. I I’m just thankful that we actually have a building that was severely damaged after the hurricane, even though we are having some issues, there are still many condo buildings on the island that still do not have access to their units 3 years later. The condo was clean, and beautiful as far as the sunset, the sun sets by the rotation of the earth and time of year.
