A bright, chef-style kitchen makes group meals easy, while five private bedrooms with ensuite baths offer comfort and privacy for every guest. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and baking, along with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, panini press, and blender. A large island with generous bar seating, ample counter space, and a cozy window seat make this kitchen a favorite gathering spot. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a laundry room, half bath, and access to the private brick courtyard.
The courtyard is exclusive to Barn guests and features a fire pit, wood pellet grill/smoker, and charcoal grill. Firewood, wood pellets, charcoal, and grilling utensils are all provided, so you can relax and enjoy effortless outdoor dining.
The great room is designed for entertainment and relaxation, offering a stone fireplace, custom dining table, large sectional, pool table, game table, and foosball table—ideal for evenings together after a day of exploring Lancaster County.
The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a king bed, private ensuite bath, and walk-in shower. Upstairs there is four cozy bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite bathroom and heated tile floors for year-round comfort.
The Barn sits beside a historic home that also offers four additional VRBO rental spaces. While the parking lot and large yard are shared with other guests of Legacy Manor, the Barn and its brick courtyard are completely private for Barn guests.

Conveniently located, The Barn is just minutes from Lancaster City, Intercourse, and Bird-in-Hand, 8 minutes from Sight & Sound Theatres, approximately 40 minutes from Hersheypark, and close to many of Lancaster County’s most popular attractions.

Please note there is a fire hall 3 houses away, and the siren is loud if they dispatch.
