Stay comfortably in Gordonville at this newly renovated modern 5-bedroom, 5 bath home. Enjoy the serene surroundings of this 60-acre farm located only minutes from Intercourse, PA and set in the heart of Lancaster County and Amish countryside. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Lancaster County and our house has to offer. The house is equipped with lots of wonderful amenities to make your stay a delight. In fact, the property owners and interior designers worked hard to bring you the best and haven’t spared the details.

It is such a beautifully renovated home. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The home is in such a peaceful setting but yet close to restaurants and fun things to do. It was a perfect extended family Christmas vacation.

The Eby Farm was a beautiful place to stay and parking was never an issue. Garbage removal was super easy and everything about the place was great. We did have some older individual's among our family members so not having a powder room on the main level was a little tricky. The area surrounding the farm was beautiful. The hostess/host was quick to reply to any questions and very accommodating. Loved the place - would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect rental for our family of ten. Everything was immaculately clean and in great condition. We enjoyed the hot tub on a VERY cold evening, cooking some great meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, playing board games in the evening. The three children enjoyed the third floor kids room with private bathroom to the fullest. A quiet location - the only sounds we could hear were the occasional horse and buggy passing by. Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed the weekend with 3 families of 4, my mom and my aunt.There is a great priduce market jist across the street, lots of room on the farm for outdoor activities, and so many other things to do just a short drive away!

We had a marvelous stay at Eby Farm. The quality of the home is outstanding...comfortable, well laid out, with a variety of personal and group sitting areas. The kitchen is gorgeous and easy for multiple people to work in. It was summer so we didn't use the fire pit, but the hot tub provided soothing relief after a day of bike riding. Plenty of parking, close to conveniences and privacy all added to our experience. We can't wait to stay again next year.

This is a beautiful home that we vacationed at with the family. With 5 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, everyone had their privacy. Everything was clean and well appointed with everything you could need or want. It was in close proximity to restaurants and attractions. It is definitely a place we will be coming back to again. Working with Suzanne was a pleasure!

We LOVED the Eby farmhouse!! It was newly renovated and beautifully decorated!! Could be featured on an HGTV show!! There was enough room for my husband and I, 2 daughters& son-in-laws , 5 grandchildren and my parents . We enjoyed staying dry during a thunderstorm under the large covered back porch . We loved watching horse and buggies occasionally pass by the house. Also convenient to sight and sound to see “Noah”. (Hot tub under the silo was a big hit too!)

Wow! What a Beautiful Home! We picked this home because every single bedroom has it's own bathroom, and that was important to us. What we didn't know was how spacious, clean, and welcoming this house would be! We loved everything about it! Location...we come to Lancaster several times a year, and this house was located in the middle of everything we do. Sight n Sound in Ronks, Shopping in Bird in Hand and Intercourse, Entertainment in Paradise, and all the good Amish Restaurants (Katie's is our favorite!). Kitchen...I could go on and on about the kitchen. Everything we needed was there and more! It definately was the gathering place of our stay. Bedrooms...the beds were extremely comfortable (my guests actually asked me to contact the owner to see what kind of mattresses they were). My teenagers LOVED the third floor bedroom! The bathrooms were beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Hot Tub and Fire Pit were a great bonus, and definately used. I, personally, loved the back porch. This house has so much room, and so many gathering places. It's like a quiet oasis, yet so close to everything. My kids favorite thing was watching the Amish Buggys drive by throughout the day. We will definately be back again next year!

We had the most amazing time staying at Eby Farm! It was our first family vacation, and we couldn’t have imagined a better way to start this new tradition. The house looked like it was straight out of a farmhouse catalog—absolutely beautiful and full of charm.We especially loved spending our mornings and evenings on the covered porch—it quickly became our favorite spot. With five families staying together, we were impressed by how spacious and comfortable the home felt. It never once felt crowded.The neighbors were kind and welcoming, and even shared some fascinating history about the farm and surrounding area. We were greeted with fresh, homemade yogurt and granola, which was such a thoughtful and delicious touch.The location is perfect—peaceful and secluded, yet just a short drive to everything you might need (groceries, Costco, Target, CVS). Check-in was smooth and simple, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The kitchen was a dream—it actually made us want to cook all our meals there, even though we were on vacation! Suzanne was a pleasure to work with—responsive, helpful, and easy to contact throughout the booking process and during our stay.We visited Dutch Wonderland and Cherry Crest Adventure Farm, both just a short drive away and perfect for families.We truly can't wait to stay again!
