YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN AT OUR OFFICE TO CONFIRM YOU HAVE ARRIVED. PRIMARY GUEST ON RESERVATION MUST BRING PHOTO ID AND CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING FOR VERIFICATION.

*Pool Heat available for $350 extra per stay 1-7 nights. Additional days can be added. Message us no later than 3 days before arrival so the pool can be warm in time for your stay. Heat Available April-November only. Maximum heating temp is 84 degrees.

Policies:
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we recommend bringing your own hot spot.

-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
