Welcome to Mauna Loa Retreat, in Surprise! Our beautiful home is perfect for any stay, business or pleasure! Trainings, Golf, baseball, football, Casino, Nascar, or a spa getaway! Fenced pool, waterfall, grill, & fire pit. Spacious bedrooms, full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs. Family Rooms, formal dining, game room, entertaining kitchen, granite, stainless appliances, fully equipped. Washer/dryer, Cable sports packages, WiFi. Perfect location close to hwys 303, 17/10, and Surprise Stadium.

Our beautiful home is fully sanitized from top to bottom between each stay, and has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Located in the beautiful city of Surprise which has wonderful restaurants and entertainment such as the baseball stadium, 25 tennis courts, and at least 7 golf courses, along with parks and swimming pools that will entertain kids and adults.

On April 2, drained the pool to refresh the water for the season to keep your skin healthy. The entire home is equipped with sanitizing products, and is fully sanitized between each stay. Added more outdoor lighting, palm trees, a new leather sectional, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a memory foam mattress in the Master bedroom. If the Master bed is too firm, there is a softer memory foam topper in the garage for your comfort.

Curbside garage and recycling pick up is Monday AM early. Check in time can be flexible if guests are not checking out the same morning, just ask.

The pool has multiple umbrellas to provide shade when needed, and a working waterfall, and pool light. There are beautiful up lights to showcase the palm trees in the evening hours. All pool noodles are in the pool box near the pool, and the larger floats are kept in the garage out of the sun. Please keep all glass in the house. We have plastic glasses to use in the backyard or near the pool. This will ensure a safe stay in the pool area. The pool is not heated, however due to the finish it stays fairly warm year round. Pool temps stay around 80+ in the Spring months.

The backyard has a cozy fire pit, wood and duraflame logs can be purchased a mile away at Home Depot, or Walmart. There are 5 grocery stores within 2 mile radius to pick up groceries and s`mores! Or you can subscribe to Safeway delivery, to make your stay even more relaxing. If it is your first time using the service, there is a $20 savings and free delivery over $75 order.

When checking out, Please place all sheets and pillow cases, towels in the laundry room, we will wash them. Please fill and run the dishwasher before checking out, the buttons are on top as you open the door. We hand wash the cooking utensils as they are bamboo for comfort. Guests have full access to the home with the exception of 2 locked closets that house cleaning supplies and Owner items.

During the weekdays, Luke Air Force base has some flight activities that are really cool to see. Fighter jets fly over at times for a really cool experience!

Close to Surprise Stadium, home of the World Champion Texas Rangers, and the Kansas City Royals Spring Training stadiums, tennis clubs, swim meets, pickleball, hiking, biking, Lake Pleasant, horse trails, wedding venues, concert venues, casinos, Salt River Float with wild horses, hot air balloon flights, Downtown Scottsdale, Waste Management Golf, Arizona State University, a few hours to Flagstaff, Sedona, Tucson, Country Thunder, Putting World, Talking Stick, Luke Air Force base, delicious restaurants and experiences, there is so much to do!

Smoking only in outdoor spaces, please be conscious and tidy
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am to be courteous to our neighbors, they are good people
Please dry off from the pool before coming inside to keep the house in good shape
