Carrie is bitter and left this untrue review. She is currently getting sued because she and her guest had a party and distroyed my back yard. She admited to people being drunk and falling in fire pit while intoxicated and broke flags stones and stucco. she was correct about the fire place glass door and some broken ceramics decorations do to the unpresidented 84mph wind we had just experienced witch i had explained to the people she had sent to meet me they said they where ok.with it and understood the situation with the wind. The pool gunk she was refering is leafs from plants and trees around it they also where made aware of that. On the dishes the additional dishes are stored in garage storage also made aware of that. I never talked to Carrie she had sent someone else . She stated that she had a great time and thanked me in a massage when she checked out. She never mentioned the broken fire place only when i arrived i noticed my backyard distroyed they even broke my pool flooter and cover. When i brought it to her attention she started getting defensive and rude. That when she proceeded to post this review. Vrbo agreed that they where at fault with evidence i provided with before and after pics. we take care of any situation that is brought to us and fix immediately We have upgraded every kitchen appliance this April. we are working hard for our guest to have a great experience and that the reason i like to meet so i can accommodate every guest to there pleasing this its a very large home so i like to do a walk tru so if any questions or concerns arise we can address them then . We work hard to upgrade and accommodate future stays. Please beware that Carrie just wants to couse as much damage as possible because she is being made responsible to her distruction of property.
