Vous pourriez presque sortir sur un nuage depuis les deux chambres de construction unique. Ce chalet a une vue fantastique de chaque pièce. Le bain à remous pour quatre personnes et l'immense jacuzzi vous permettent de profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le mont LeConte. Le décor contemporain vous invite à un état de bonheur élevé. Lorsque vous séjournez à Poppes Pinnacle ou à l'une de nos propriétés pendant les mois d'été, vous recevrez un laissez-passer pour profiter de 3 piscines situées ici à flanc de montagne.

this is a really neat spot with the best view ever!!! very nicely equipped and very well kept up. our new favorite spot we've stayed in Gatlinburg and we've been coming for many many years. would definitely recommend!!

They even had a history newspaper clipping of when it was first build. Only downfall is parking. We did damage both vehicles trying to park and leave the cabin. Other than that, we will definitely be back.

We spent more time at the chalet than other visits due to the views and comfort of the chalet. The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed. Both balconies were wonderful. The view from the top floor Jacuzzi tub was amazing. We have tried to book here before but the chalet was always booked. We definitely would prefer this as our number one choice when visiting Gatlinburg. Mountain Laurel Chalets always provides friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service.

Very convenient to town. We were a little disappointed the elevator was not functioning from a luggage aspect. We had a member of our party that had just had back surgery but we handled their luggage so it was just a slight inconvenience. Still a great stay! Thank you!

The kitchen was so well stocked as well as the bar on the bottom floor. I was thrilled to find a small cooler for us to use!The staff was nice however I wish they would given us a note that the elevator was broken. That was one of the amenities we based our decision on. Tips for management: throw blankets would be a nice touch. And leaving enough consumables like trash bags & dishwasher soap for a guest stay. We couldn't make it to the office during business hours to get more cause we were out. Thanks!

The only downfall was the management company calling us twice during the stay for unnecessary reasons. While professional, the reasons we were called where unnecessary and should have been handled in a different manner. Also, there should be a weight limit sign on the deck. We were nervous to park our Jeep on it!

4th stay at Popped Pinnacle

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 4th time we have stayed at this property in a year. The house had amazing views and the location is great. We were a little disappointed with the rental company this time. The elevator was broken from the previous week but the rental company did not communicate that with us. I called them twice to see if it would be fixed within our stay and it was not. The lack of communication was frustrating. The bear proof trash can also did not work. We tried to find ways to keep the bears out but to no avail. So we waited until we were leaving to put trash in.we have rented through Mt. Laurel several times and I recommend them all the time to people, but I was disappointed in the customer service and communication from them this time. Hopefully they will get the elevator fixed before next the guest or at least tell them upfront it isn't working.

Don't think we've ever been disappointed in one of your properties. We thank you for this. This property was no exception. 5 stars for all areas from beginning to end. A couple of small items we noticed that you might want to consider1. The decks look old and worn and need staining- stands out from the rest of the property. 2. A small old water spot in bathroom ceiling where paint is peeling off.3. Unless you really watch - the fridge door does not close. A notice on the door to push it shut might save food for a guest if not closed overnight.4. Our Sonata would drag going in and out of driveway- looks like the road has been repaved and nothing you can do about this. Aside from these few small matters, all is very good and we hope to return again to this or another one of your units.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Chalet was everything we hoped for and then some. The decor is beautiful and we loved the location and the entire layout. Viewing Mt. Le'conte from every room, including the bathroom, was breathtaking.I loved the way everything was labeled on the drawers, shelves & cabinets in the kitchen for your use of the dishes, silverware, knives, pots & pans, table mats etc, and especially all the spices in the spice drawer. Everything was there for us and we had a need of nothing. The elevator was so much a blessing transporting our luggage to and from the bedrooms. We were also elated with the jacuzzi and we had fun taking pictures with bear Clyde. The hot tub was definitely a plus and the game room and theater made our game night so much fun. Everything we needed was right there, and it really was like we were at home. we loved everything about our stay at this chalet and we are planning on renting it again in 2022, Lord wiling.

If you want to buy food and cook at the chalet, you will not find a better stocked kitchen! I was impressed! The only down side was the elevator not working. Already looking forward to another visit next year!
