Prendre dans les images et les sons de la droite sur l'océan depuis le confort du lit dans ce duplex confortable. Amenez les enfants et le chiot pour un séjour de détente encore plus agréables sur l'extrémité nord tranquille de Wrightsville Beach.

Profitez de la cuisine dans le manger dans la cuisine, tout en interagissant avec des amis dans le salon attenant, et ensuite prendre une plaque sur le pont pour regarder les amateurs de plage. Un écran de confidentialité vous sépare du condo ci-joint, mais vous pouvez louer que, aussi, pour un prolongées amis get away.

Great location!

The property is clean and has a view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. There's an easy path to the beach where you can take beautiful walks. I really enjoyed staying there.

Excellent Location

Wonderful place! Location is perfect. Very short walk to the beach and close to the pier. Very accommodating place for families. Place has all you need, beds are very comfortable, porch is great for family dinners, able to take nice bike rides around the area.

So close to the beach!

The place was great for a long weekend and kid friendly. The only issue we noticed was the bathroom sink didn’t drain and half the windows didn’t open.

Lovely spotless half home, perfect for 2

Great proximity to beach, very clean. You will share a wall and the back deck with your neighbors though, so there may be noise and no privacy on the back deck. We would go back, though!

Beach Trip

This was the first vacation I’ve been on in 9 years and it was the first vacation for my 4 year old son! We loved being able to hear the ocean from the beautiful property and walking to the beach was a breeze. The outdoor shower made conking off the beach and cleaning up extremely easy with a little one! The property was exactly as it was described and presented on Vrbo. We had the most amazing time and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Overall a good experience. The location can’t be beat and communication from management company was helpful and quick. Would love to see more of a sound barrier /solution for the adjoining unit next door. If other guests have children or pets that bark etc. there is no way to escape it. For the price I was a bit shocked to find quite a few dirty dishes in the cupboard, and had some issues with the washing machine (wish management provided a solution rather than me asking for one), but if these hiccups got sorted in the future I would book again and/or recommend to a friend. Management was helpful to reimburse for the issue which was greatly appreciated!

It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We really enjoyed the visit. A little tricky to figure out the right door to enter when we arrived so look on the right side of the house! The service was really great too - our A/C went out and someone was there to fix it within 30 minutes! Linens/towels/beach chairs/bikes were all included, making it for an easy stay. They also supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, hand soap, etc!

Review of stay

Property had multiple maintenance issues that included non working vent fan in bathroom, multiple lightbulbs burned out, rusted vents and fans, "soft" boards on stairway to enter the property on the deck that felt like they would give way with any weight, deck has multiple large popped nails sticking up from the floor causing a potential hazard for guests and pets and kitchen was not stocked well with utensils and cooking equipment (only 2 table knives) and the door leading to the deck would not open properly without use of muscle. Access to beach and view from deck were amazing

The location is perfect, all the beach accessories and bikes were very much appreciated. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Bath was clean but could do with an upgrade, as could the toilet and the sofa! But on the whole to find a vacation rental that accepts dogs and had everything we needed it was perfect for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience, the walk to the beach is very short, you have your own path shared with just one other house. The view from the B side of the Duplex is totally unobstructed, just wonderful. Just note that you do share stairs and a deck with side A (we booked with friends so this was great). There is some wear and tear in the unit, the cabinets have seen better days, but the dishes/towels/beach chairs looked almost brand new! Also know that you are right next to a large hotel and a public access, so the beach can get crowded in front of the house.

The home was well stocked and the property managers added several nice touches for the holiday (turkey roaster, tin foil, oven mits, etc.). The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were nice and beach towels were even provided. Bikes and beach chairs were in great shape and the grills and tables outside appeared to be new. The management company was professional and very easy to work with. The house was modest, but cute and clean; we had some nice views of the ocean from the deck and a nice walking path to the beach. It was a great location for our family and I would recommend!

Wonderful beach side getaway

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay. Best part was the proximity to the beach. The place was super clean when we arrived and very comfortable. Loved the deck and the gas grill and being able to see the water from our deck! The other reviews that mentioned the constant noise from the adjacent Holiday Inn's HVAC system were accurate, however, and this constant white noise was definitely always there... but, just as one gets used to living next to the railroad tracks and stops hearing the trains, we started to not mind it at all. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked with things like spices or staples one needs for cooking, but overall, it was a great place. The north end of the island is definitely less populated commercially and we actually liked that (although my kids would have preferred to be closer to town). My husband and I loved the remoteness however, and having bikes at our disposal was wonderful. It was a magical week overall. Recommend highly.

We do not provide any condiments beside salt/pepper for guests because of the liability to the company or owner for possible contamination, allergic reactions, etc. Guests need to bring or purchase the food-related items that they prefer to use.
