Beautifully renovated ground-floor unit in a historic cottage duplex, featuring a private entrance and exclusive outdoor space. Thoughtfully designed for privacy, this unit’s deck, patio, fire pit, and side yard are completely separate from the upper Loft unit, with dedicated fencing and gated access ensuring you won’t share any outdoor areas with other guests. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful, private retreat just steps from the beach.
This stylish one-bedroom unit offers additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, a full bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Step outside to enjoy the expansive outdoor living space, featuring comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a private outdoor shower—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Located on Wrightsville Beach’s main strip, The Lounge is just a 3-minute walk to the ocean and within close proximity to Johnny Mercer’s Pier, as well as local shops and dining.

Nestled along the quiet north end of Wrightsville Beach, 1502 North Lumina Avenue offers a perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and convenience. Just steps from the ocean and the sound, the area is ideal for beachgoers, surfers, and paddleboarders alike.
