Excellent place to stay for us during spring training. Love the location, quiet, safe and secure, easy walk to pretty much anything. We will be back next year!

Great location. Street parking not a problem. We always found a spot for parking nearby. We enjoyed the architectural features. Able to walk to many points of interests. The Japanese Friendship Garden is a must.

Cute place! Comfy bed. Parking could be difficult and given proximity to downtown can be a bit unnerving walking back to place late at night.

This place was a very clean nice and cozy. There is just one suggestion that I need to add to make your next guest stays even more incredible, that is, that you add some new clean utensils and some essential pots and pans for cooking.

Great location to get around Phoenix and suburbs. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Easy access in and out of the building and had no issues parking on the street near the property. I will definitely stay again next time in Phoenix.

Lovely place but if you want them to steal your refundable deposit by all means go to this place. Only correspondence you get back is that they will follow it up but days go past and you hear nothing. Stay clear if you dont want to lose your money

Wonderful property in a great location

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. It's located in a fun neighborhood with lots of options for food and entertainment. Plus it has quick access to the freeway so that you can easily go anywhere else that you need. It was clean and fit our need well.

A Little Gem

What a gem in the center of Phoenix in a wonderful neighborhood and close to anything one might need. We felt at home here and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Perfect space and location. Place was clean and easily accessible. I took advantage of the parking permit space next to the apartments which was perfect.

The building is beautiful and so is the apartment. We had issues with the fact that the outside gate needed a code and without a light out front we found it a pain to press the numbers while looking at our phone while trying to use our phone flashlight. Next is the tiny army of tinny tiny ants in the kitchen.And the A/C blows at such a force and with such freezing air I found it terribly uncomfortable.

Communication with the host was great and the location was excellent. The unit was very clean - 5 stars for that. There were some maintenance issues with the apartment, including thermostat, bedroom windows that didn’t close, electrical issues (closet light would go on/off on its own) and bathroom maintenance (toilet seat was broken and extractor fan didn’t work).

Wonderful apartment with less than a dozen units in a great neighborhood with nice front yard.

The apartment is much like it's shown and described in the Vrbo listing. The management company was very easy to communicate with. Although the Bedroom is on the smaller side, but has high ceilings and large windows that make it feel more spacious. There is convenient storage in slide out drawers beneath the bed, as well as a good sized closet. The Living/Dining area is large, with the high ceilings feels even larger. The Kitchen is on the small side but with nice appliances, a Keurig coffer maker and all the basic necessities. The Bathroom is very functional and the towels are nice quality.

Adequate description, but not my cup of tea

This apartment is a cute place. I originally booked for the location being close to the metro and near enough to downtown without the added cost. The kitchen was a plus and the amenities listed appeared to be sufficient for our stay. Upon arriving, the property was very clean, access was adequate, and the apartment was well presented. Overall, I would not stay here again for personal reasons. The metro station nearest the apartment was out of service, the kitchen accessories were not suitable for our needs. There or directions, stating that there was an extra mattress pad for the pullout, couch, bed, and we were.not equipped with one. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and therefore we ended up having to pull the mattress off and use it on the floor and the pillows are not comfortable. The neighborhood is safe enough, but there were some questionable individuals across and down the street. Again, this is not a bad place to stay and the description is pretty accurate on the site, but it is not a place I would choose again.
