Un endroit paisible et privé sur Flanders Bay. VUE PANORAMIQUE SUR L’OCÉAN de Mt Desert Island sur une baie parfaite pour faire du kayak. Nous avons un quai, un radeau de natation, 2 kayaks à votre disposition ainsi que deux vélos. L'appartement propose un hébergement séparé de la maison des propriétaires avec un lit king size confortable, un salon, une mini kitchenette avec un grand réfrigérateur disponible, votre propre terrasse avec vue sur l'eau, un barbecue, un quai et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances paisibles dans le Maine. Nous offrons deux vélos de croisière et kayaks de l l pour votre usage sans frais. (L'utilisation des vélos et des kayaks est à vos risques et périls. Les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables des blessures causées par l'utilisation des quais et des radeaux de nage.) Situé entre la péninsule schoodic et ellsworth. Port Bar et Acadia National Park sont à environ 30-40 minutes de route. Votre chien est le bienvenu s'il est brisé. Tous les conforts de la maison sont là et tout ce que vous voulez vivre sur vos vacances dans le Maine est accessible! À distance de marche, vous pourrez déguster un dîner de homard, des glaces et la route panoramique 1A.

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The view out the back door was beautiful and so peaceful. I would definitely recommend this stay. Host was wonderful, helpful and always available if needed. We will consider visiting again in the future.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Maine. Location is beautiful and Misty, our host was exceptional. The apartment has a fun decor and is well equipped with all of the basic necessities—as well as some thoughtful welcoming amenities. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to this area.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location

Wonderful place to get away from it all. Close enough to all of Acadia but still Isolated from the crowds and noise. Beautiful location, very comfortable lodging and Misty is indeed a super host.

Amazing family getaway

This was the most perfect property to wake up and go to sleep in each day before and after our adventures in Bar Harbor and Acadia National park. Spotless and well accommodated, we had everything we needed to enjoy our first post-covid cousins trip! Thank you Misty!

Awesome Stay!!

We had the best stay. Misty is an awesome host and gave us a lot of ideas for restaurants and things to do. We had the best view and loved watching the seals and eagles. The studio was perfect to come back and relax at after our long days out and had everything we needed. Annie was an added bonus, just loved visiting with her. Thank you again, we can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing Place to Relax and Reflect

This place is a gem. Clean, funky, quiet. The host Misty is a very attentive to detail and comfort. Her co-host Annie is a beautiful young dog who will make you smile! Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not regret it!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our stay at Misty and Dan's studio apartment was a perfect location while we were visiting Acadia. After a day of hiking it was so great to come back to the serenity and magnificent views of their property. They were so kind and helpful during our stay and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Maine.

Misty was a terrific host and shared knowledge of the area and where to go. The house is in a beautiful bay with bald eagles that fly over. Kayaking was relaxing. Would definitely go back.

Can’t beat the view!

The location is perfect. Right on the water with very few people around. Great place to kayak or read a book in the hammock. Easy drive to Acadia National Park and Schoodic Peninsula. Several good places to eat just a short drive away. Owners were responsive and great hosts. The studio is clean and private and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful property

Very nice owners who were super dog friendly. Lots of great info from owner re:local area. Gorgeous property with beautiful large lawn down to private dock/waterfront. Just as advertised. Comfortable bed. Just the right size for a couple. Had a great stay in this quieter area of Acadia.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our host, Misty! The apartment was beautiful and so comfortable. The view was amazing. And Misty made sure we had everything we needed to have a fantastic stay (including great recommendations on what to see in the area)! Great property - amazing views!

We had a great stay! The views are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed a great nature show one night with seals, eagles and Ospry doing some fishing right near the dock! The location is nicely situation between Bar Harbour and the Schoodic side of Acadia. We enjoyed both. The lodging was very nice - nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and perfect for the two of us. Misty was a very welcoming host. Everything was great!

A Piece of Heaven

This is a charming place to stay with the most gorgeous view . Everything was top notch ! The bed was comfortable , nice seating arrangement , and all the necessities needed for our stay . Misty is an incredible host . We can’t say enough about how welcoming she was and helpful in guiding us with our visit to Acadia and the surrounding area.

Absolutely beautiful property… Perfect pic for our vacation !

We stayed in the studio and it was the cutest thing ever! Ocean was straight out the sliding glass doors just a few feet away. Loved sitting by the water and gazing at the beautiful scenery of Flanders bay and sipping coffee 😃 The The owners were wonderful and super nice! They seriously thought of everything… So many little details. We would stay here again in a heartbeat 👍 loved our time in Maine !!!!

this home has become my personal "heaven on earth". I hope to share my special spot with others enjoying privacy for each of us but also opportunity to build new friendships. This is a quiet location just off scenic Rt.1 providing gorgeous drives in both directions.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I am on 4 private acres. Lobster boats are the only activity you'll see in addition to an occasional kayak or two. Bald eagles are viewed daily. The yard gives you a peaceful repose by the water. Activity is available in every direction. Schoodic Peninsula, charming Winter Harbor, golf, tennis, galleries, antiques, and views everywhere. Mt Desert Island is 30-40 min. . My home sleeping 6 is an additional option to rent for family events.

Sullivan is the entry to the Scenic Byway which is Rt. 1 in Hancock County in what's considered Downeast Maine. The Scenic Byway leads you along the coastal towns heading north and east. I'm also located 30 minutes from Mt Desert Island with all the beauty of Acadia, boundless hikes and carraige trails and tons of entertainment!

Free kayaks and bikes included. Peace and quiet. Viewing eagles, seals, blue herons, osprey are common. The view is amazing, sunsets breathtaking and cool ocean breeze soothing.
