Welcome my modern one-bedroom flat, ideally positioned in a serene corner yet close to the vibrant Canning Town, with its various local attractions. Located only 0.7 miles from ExCeL, City Hall, and scenic riverside paths, it offers a quick 20-minute DLR ride to City Airport and is within minutes on foot from the lush Ashburton Wood. This flat seamlessly blends comfort with convenience, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business stays in London.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this ground-floor gem is situated in a two-storey terraced house, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.
Step into the bright and inviting living room, adorned with soft carpeting and bathed in natural light. The L-shaped plush sofa, accompanied by an armchair and a sleek TV, creates the perfect spot for relaxation. The dining area for four adds a touch of convenience to this cozy space.
The white built-in kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern amenities and appliances. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick bites, this kitchen is ready to cater to all your needs.
The double bedroom await you, boasting a comfortable king-size bed adorned in high-quality linen. But that's not all - should you prefer separate sleeping arrangements, the bed can be easily split into two singles. Just let us know your preference in advance, and we'll make sure your sleeping space suits your unique needs! Ample storage ensures your belongings find a home, making these bedrooms a tranquil retreat.
The bathroom offers both a bathtub and shower combo. Enjoy a relaxing soak or a quick freshen up, surrounded by fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
Convenience meets practicality with free parking space available for our guests. Park your vehicle with ease and enjoy hassle-free living.
Rest assured, cleanliness is our priority. A team of professional cleaning staff ensures that the space is impeccably maintained, providing you with a spotless living environment.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Please note that that ADDITIONAL linen costs ÂŁ30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of ÂŁ30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at ÂŁ30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check-out will be charged ÂŁ50 per hour.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty ÂŁ500.
