Perfect place across the street from the Public Beach access and trolley pick up. Very Clean, Beautiful Beach decorated cozy cottage. Loved the code to the door no key to loose at the beach! Host was very kind asked if we needed anything! We loved the smell of the hand soap in the bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances a d coffee makers. Perfect Stay in Siesta Key.

The online description of the unit was accurate, situated across the street from the beach. It is close to restaurants and local attractions. There is ample parking space and the cleanliness of the unit was good. It was nice having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. I would definitely rent if we travel to the area again.

It was perfect for our needs, we were only staying a few days and did not plan to cook, other than a quick breakfast. The location is ideal for those wanting to be near the beach, it is an easy walk to the main access of Siesta Beach. The inside was clean and simple to access, once we realized the key lock box was on the back door and not the front. There was not much in the kitchen for cooking with but that was not important to us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful property with an excellent location! Beach access was across the street and the trolley pick-up was at the end of the block. The village was within walking distance as well. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer is located right outside of the unit and beach chairs and a cooler were provided. We look forward to booking this property again in the future!

Wonderful Location

The location of this property is terrific. Access to the beach could not be better and you are 4 blocks to the village.

Perfect Beach Retreat

my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping.

Cute beach house

This was a nice beach house that was super close (walking distance to the beach) everything was just like in the description. My family and I had a great time!

Perfect place for enjoying the beach and village

At the last minute, my son decided he wanted to celebrate his 21st at his fav vacay spot: Siesta Key (well, SK Village #iykyk). Found the perfect rental for the couple of nights we’d be there and it was just a short walk to all the fun spots! I would definitely rent again via Rent Siesta Key!

Beachside Getaway

Property was wonderfully located across the street from an amazing white sandy beach. Restaurants on the beach were within walking distance. Property was updated and clean. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Fabulous location

We were so happy with this property. We knew we would love the location from previous visits however, this property exceeded our expectations. The inside was lovely, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and the coffee bar was an added surprise. We will definitely be back!
