That said, although the existing water heater was functioning, we chose to replace the unit during your stay as a courtesy in an effort to improve your experience—not because it had failed. The property location shown on VRBO is generated and managed by the platform itself. While we provide accurate location descriptions in our listing and the correct address in our booking confirmation, we do not control how VRBO displays map pins. Notwithstanding, this is something we have raised with them All six bicycles provided were new and delivered per the manufacturer’s standard shipping configuration.
