Great house! Spacious and fun. The listing was accurate and the host was responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. Loved that there were a lot of pool towels available and fun extras like floatys. My only complaints are small: The outdoor furnishings especially the tree swing could use a good cleaning and the ice dispenser in the fridge was clogged (we didn’t contact the host regarding as we had bags of ice).

The overall stay was absolutely amazing, the house is really nice and the outdoor area with the yard, pool, and hot tub is great to have.

Great Location - Close to a nice beach

Excellent place, would stay here again. It is close to Honeymoon Beach which is very nice. Lots of fun for the kids in the back yard.

Best Vacation Property

This property was clean when we got there, well decorated and properly stocked with everything we needed for our stay such as soaps, towels, and the rooms were very comfortable. The backyard was marvelous and had plenty to do for kids, play set, nice warm pool/hottub, put put golf, and a nice patio set. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Florida.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, and we loved the layout. It was such a fun house for our family. The location to the beach was very convenient, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.A few observations that may be helpful — we are property managers, so we tend to notice the smaller details more than most! The pool and putt-putt area were amazing, but the surrounding exposed soil made it difficult to keep the outdoor areas clean. The kids would come back from the playground covered in dirt, and the pool deck quickly became dirty. Adding turf, mulch, landscaping, or another ground covering would really elevate the outdoor experience.We also noticed a strong sulfur-like smell from the hot tub, so unfortunately we did not use it. The beautiful front door had some chipped paint, the bathroom floors had areas that appeared dirty/worn with some chipping, and overall the home could benefit from a few paint and cosmetic touch-ups.The mosquitoes were also very active after dark, which limited how long we could enjoy the outdoor space in the evening. Adding mosquito misters, repellent systems, or torches would make a huge difference.None of this takes away from our wonderful stay. These are simply a few details that we feel could elevate an already great property, especially the outdoor areas.Thank you again! We truly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to booking another staycation in the near future.

Family Fun

This home was great for our family vacation! We had children ranging from 3 - 13 and all enjoyed the back yard and rec room areas. The living room/kitchen is a large open space great for family dinners and just hanging out as a group. The prior renter left the cover off the hot tub and the host had people out to clean it right away, so we could enjoy it during our stay. Nice house and great trip!

We had an amazing time at this house over Spring Break. We had a group of 9 people from ages 3 to 69 and it was perfect for everyone. The communication with the owners was excellent. A few things were not as advertised but they were on top ofgavestay. recome

great vacation house for big family

My family really enjoyed staying here in our vacation. Highly recommended, very clean and nice house and lots of amenities, family and kids friendly. I wish if pool has heater, we were not able to swim in end of Feb. Otherwise they have nice Jacuzzi, it really worthy price wise, better than hotels. thank you so much ! Definitely we will consider same house on our next trip to Florida ..

Amazing stay

This property is amazing! My family went for my sons HS graduation with his friends. The game room, pool & hot tub is one of the big reasons I picked this house. It kept them entertained when we were not at the beach or just wanted a lazy day at the house. First time in Clearwater beach for us. The drive to Clearwater beach was not bad but be ready to pay to park 30-40 a day. Honeymoon island was close but crowded the day we went (on a weekend) we spent most beach days in Clearwater where there are restaurants & shops walking distance. Frenchys on the beach is amazing food & a must try. Again, the house was great & had plenty to entertain my family! Management co/host was easy to deal with & responsive with any issues we had.
