🚌 Public transit: Bus stop to Downtown Seattle or Alki beach is across the street from our house. A bus comes every 10-15 minutes.

🅿️ Car parking: As we are opposite to a park, there are many free street parking spots around the neighborhood, within 1-2 blocks.

We want you to enjoy living in our property, but we also have some rules to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Please read them carefully before signing the lease agreement.

* Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the common areas. If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

* We love animals, but we need to pay extra for our cleaners, we hence, have to charge a pet fee.

* You can park one car for free on the property. There is also free street parking available, but please follow the city regulations and do not block any driveways or fire hydrants.
