The space
Welcome to our exceptional 7 BR, 5.5 Bath retreat, located in Colorado City Arizona, at the base of the Caanan Mountains. It is expertly designed for an unforgettable stay. Let us walk you through the space and amenities that await you:

Main Level:

Living Room & Office: As you enter the front door to the living area, you'll be greeted by a blissful ambiance. Designed as a place to relax or entertain, the living area has a sofa, chairs a large flat screen smart TV and an electric fireplace.
A piano and a foyer leading to an office area on the right add to the easy going atmosphere.

Kitchen & Dining: From the front room, the massive open concept kitchen & dining area beckons you with its abundance of space and top-notch appliances such as a Ninja blender and coffee maker. Whether you're preparing meals for a large group or a cozy dinner, you'll find everything you need to properly entertain: seasonings, oil, essential cooking and baking utensils, serving dishes and outdoor and indoor dishware.
The dining table is conveniently located connected to the kitchen; the large mounted Smart TV makes this the perfect space for game day meals or cooking & entertainment.
The double sliding glass doors offer captivating views of the mountains and lead to the backyard pool & grilling area.

Gym: Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the full gym located down the hall from the kitchen. Complete with free weights, a squat/power rack, a bar, a leg press, a stationary bike and an immersive treadmill our gym makes it easy to stay active and maintain your routine throughout your visit. There is also a dry sauna located in the game room adjacent to the gym.

Game Room: The recreation/game room is a haven of entertainment. Enjoy the massive flat-screen smart TV while taking advantage of the kitchenette, sink, drink fridges, and bar setup. Engage in friendly competition with 2 pool tables, Air Hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, and an NBA Jam Arcade game. Unwind in the two-person sauna or make use of the half bath dedicated to the pool and game room. The expansive windows and double sliding doors provide access to stunning views of the pool and backyard, showcasing the magnificent mountains.

Main Level Bedrooms:

The 1st bedroom, an in-law suite, features an attached kitchenette, a fully private bathroom, and an additional room perfect for a nursery or extra bedroom. Ideal for small families or guests seeking privacy, this set up is on the opposite side of the home compared to the rest of the bedrooms.

A full bathroom, including a tub shower combo, is conveniently located near the kitchen and laundry room.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated adjacent to the gym, each boasting a queen-size bed, a dresser, a smart TV, and a closet. They share a hall bathroom.

Bedroom 4: At the base of the stairs, this suite offers a king-size bed, a kitchenette with a sink & a walk-in closet. It has an exterior door leading to the south end of the yard, granting direct easy access to the pool area. Bedroom 4 utilizes bathroom 1, located off the kitchen & laundry area.

2nd Level:

2nd Living Room: Ascend the stairs from the gym area to reach the upper level of the home. Here, you'll find a comfortable lounge/TV area with a sectional, massage chair and a few wall games. Direct access to the 2nd story deck that overlooks the backyard pool area and offers an incredible view of the red rock mountains.

Bedrooms 5 & 6: Adjacent to the upstairs living area are Bedrooms 5 & 6. Bedroom 5 to the left features a queen-size bed, while Bedroom 6 is perfect for kids with its double bunk bed setup. Both rooms have their own wall mounted smart TV. These rooms share a full bathroom (in the center) with an additional vanity and sink area outside the main bath.

Master Bedroom: Prepare to be enchanted by the master bedroom, a massive space that offers a sleeping and lounging area, a luxurious king-size bed and a massive massage bathtub within the room itself. Dual flat-screen smart TVs cater to your entertainment needs, with one facing the bed and the other positioned in front of a three-person white leather recliner couch. Both rest atop 2 separate electric fireplaces, ideal for a cozy night in. Step onto the private east-facing walkout patio, complete with an egg chair for lounging, which allows you to relax immerse yourself in the romance of breathtaking sunrise views.

Master Bathroom: The attached master bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a large soaker tub and a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. A vast master closet adds convenience with it's washer & dryer set up as well as a coffee maker.

The Backyard:

Backyard Set Up: Step into the backyard oasis, where a large pool and hot tub await, accompanied by a captivating view of the northern mountains.
The heated pool & hottub have elevated edges to help ensure safety as well as an electric pool cover that can cover the pool completely if needed.

Outdoor Dining: There's an outdoor patio dining table with an umbrella for outdoor meals, as well as a wooden gondola.

Electric & Wood Firepit: There is a large electric fire pit located near the hot tub as well as a pit for guests that want to bring firewood.

Backyard Entertainment: In addition to the pool & hot tub, there is a basketball court, tetherball set up, in ground trampoline, playground & backyard putting tee for guest entertainment. The covered kitchen patio offers a magnificent Smart TV for your entertainment pleasure while you lounge by the pool, grill out or relax in the hot tub. The indoor game room with the dry sauna opens up directly to the backyard.

We offer the option to heat the pool for a fee. Please reach out to your host for more details.

Parking:
There's a 2 door garage for garage parking as well as ample driveway & gravel parking in front of and surrounding the home.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property minus the housekeeping closets.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed for a $125 fee, to be paid at time of booking. If you plan to bring a pet, there are a few rules that must be followed:

1. Please inform me in your message if you are bringing a pet. I am happy to host you and your pet, but would greatly appreciate a heads up.
2. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, specifically the beds, couches, or in the swimming pool or hot tub. By booking this home with your pet, you are agreeing to pay a $125 pet fee.
3. Please clean up after your pet. If excessive damage is incurred during your stay, we will charge you for additional cleaning/repair fees.
