I had a fantastic stay! Christina was a wonderful host, and I really enjoyed my time here. The property was comfortable and a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The fishing off the docks was absolutely incredible! I caught a ton of trout, several stingrays, and some huge garfish. If you love fishing, this is definitely a great spot! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here. Thanks, Christina, for a great stay! I would definitely come back again!

Manatee’s Cove was a fantastic place to stay. House was beautiful and very comfortable. Sitting on the Intracoastal waterway you can fish right off the docks in the backyard. We had complete privacy. So peaceful. Not far from the beach. The host has provided just about anything you need. The host is also nice and easy to contact if there are questions. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Cozy Florida themed home. Loved fishing from the large dock, massive yard privately located right on the canal! Home was well stocked with new appliances, fresh paint, and 2 reclining sofas that were great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. Beaches and restaurants just a few minutes drive. Hostess was exceptional with communication felt like talking with a friend not an uptight home owner. 10/10 recommend.

Home was in the perfect location; it offered privacy while still being close to the beach, shopping and eating options. My family enjoyed the home’s openness and comfortable furniture. I liked how the host provided “starters” of the essentials dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. The only downside of this property was the lack of water pressure in the master bath however I feel like this is a common issue with homes on the water so not a huge deal. Overall I would book this property again as we enjoyed it so much.

House was great! Non-stop things to do. We fished, grilled out and dropped in the crab traps that were available on the dock. Outside refrigerator made it easy to stock bait. The house rules binder was helpful and informative and the communication was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better host!5 minutes to everything. Will be reaching out again on our next trip down.

We had a wonderful week at Manatee Cove! The home had absolutely everything we needed and was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfy and the house was spotless! We had our breakfasts in the Florida room, and enjoyed all of the birdsong and peacefulness. Our favorite part was the dock on the intercoastal, we would relax for hours watching the bald eagles, otters, pelicans and dolphins! And Mexico Beach is 5 minutes down the road, where we spent our afternoons. Just a wonderful trip and we are planning on returning next year! Thanks Tina for your hospitality!!!

I cannot find anything negative to say about our stay. We take the grand boys fishing different locations every year during the week of Thanksgiving and this year did not disappoint. We had our boat, boat launch easily accessible, but also enjoyed fishing right off the dock. The house is fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Only complaint, our 10 days wasn’t long enough. Can’t wait to go back!! Highly recommend to anyone.

Once again, a great time was had by all!

We have now stayed here twice and loved it each time. The host is great and very easy to communicate with. The only thing I would like to see is one of those cordless vacuums- they pick up the sand so much better than a broom. Other than that loved our time! The fishing was great from the bigger dock.

A hidden gem on 5 acres with several old growth trees , 2 docks, water on 2 sides, marshes that support wildlife, this lovingly remodeled mid century home is perfect for relaxation. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching the boats go by. The house is painted in fun colors & has everything you possibly need. Luxury linens & huge fat bathtowels were so comfortable. It's about a 7 minute drive to the beach where we took our dogs daily. St.Joe Beach allows dogs. Local seafood can be purchased in either Port St. Joe or our favorite, the Shell Shack in Mexico Beach. We grilled our own seafood every night & ate on the porch. This is a place that doesn't have neighbors right on top of you as they do at the beach. Quiet neighborhood with great walking opportunities. Highly recommend; will be returning. Owner is extremely good with communication.

Wonderful trip!

Manatee Cove is an outstanding place, so peaceful and serene! We had everything we could've possibly needed and more for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed fishing off the docks on the property and at the marina close-by. The beach was quiet and relaxing, then we would enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit out back. Many of our meals were prepared in the well-stocked, large kitchen. And the best part...the beds were so comfy! I can't say enough positive things about this home and host! Christina was so helpful during the booking process and throughout the week. Can not wait to come stay again!

If you want a quiet and chill place to relax....this is the place for you. We visited the beach right down the road, did a little shopping, fished off both docks on the property, had a camp fire, played games and watched boats go up and down the intercoastal waterway. The owners have almost any kitchen tool you may need in the kitchen to prepare full meals. The screened in porch table was the perfect place to hang out and play games at night. There was even a separate little fridge to keep our bait for fishing. The owner was easy to reach and friendly . They thought of all the smallest details for this property, allowing us to sit back and chill.

We stayed 3 nights. The weather was perfect with a nice breeze. Leaves are beginning to turn but plenty of sun and heat. We enjoyed the dock on the inter-coastal canal. Never a dull moment watching nature and the people at the boat ramp across the canal. We really loved time spent on the pier in the cove too and watched the manatees for several hours as they relaxed and nibbled. They were our highlight! The home was spotless and didnt lack for any supplies needed during our time. Coffee on screened porch, watching yachts cruising the canal, fishing off dock and pier, being entertained by manatee (at least 4-5), listening to birds singing, these are a few of the wonderful things! And IF you get bored (you won’t) just jump in car and you can be at Mexico Beach in 15 minutes or Port St Joe in 20.
