Guests have access to the downstairs portion of the duplex, along with the garage, the backyard, and the driveway. There is a separate upstairs unit. Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with view of the channel Island, Harbor, and Pacific Ocean. The living space has a small kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and a living room area.

The neighborhood is a Channel Islands Beach by Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard. There are side walks everywhere and walking or biking around is great. The beach is right across the street and many restaurants are in walking biking distance. There are also tons of activities in close distance including kayaking, sport fishing, jet skis, etc.

If you’re just getting around the neighborhood you can use bikes or even walk to the beach in about 2 minutes.

The house is technically a duplex, and there is a separate upstairs unit. That entrance is the wooden front door. the entrance to this unit is the sliding glass door.
