Very nice property. Weather was perfect. Pools and lazy river are very nice. My only complaint would be the cafe. We stayed in 616D in 2024 and coffee being in building was definitely an incentive. We will probably bring our own Kcup next time.Thank you for the opportunity to try another room.
We had a great time. The place was decorated lovely and gave us easy accesses to the complex amenities. The view was great. Youngs Suncoast the provided basic necessities which helped with our stay and due to travel issues (airline) I was in alot of communication ahead of our trip and were easy to work with. The key card pick up from their office wasnt terrible - and one key didnt work but was able to get that fixed at the front desk at Caribe.My kids loved it too (8 and 10).
We have stayed at the Caribe several times, and this was probably one of the best decorated ones we have been in. Esthetics, for me is always a bonus. The only suggestion i would make is that the doors/trim paint needs to be touched up desperately. But it really dient bother me.
Most condos have all of the essentials but minimally. They had an extra roll of toilet paper which was nice. I usually bring TP with me, but this was a last minute trip and it was forgotten. So it was nice to see extra. They a cute little bags in the kitchen and bathrooms with pretty much everything you needed. A nice touch was the linen spray. I didn't realize there was only a traditional coffee maker (we are used to Keurig) and didnt come prepared for that. But, there was a pack of ground coffee and filters. Life saving. Ha! Our card keys did not work upon arrival but we were able to have the front desk rekey them. It did happen again during our stay and the sesk would not rekey again. I called the management office and they said we could come pick up new keys. I'll be honest, I was not happy with that response and made it clear. They resolved the issue without me going back to the management office (which I will add is in Gulf Shores - something I wasn't initially aware of or maybe overlooked when I booked).
Overall, it was a great stay. Beautiful view. And Beautiful condo. I would most definitely stay here again.
Overall, the caribe is a stellar location and is highly recommended. The unit we stayed in was average at best. The floors were dirty (inside & out) there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and one drain in a tub was so clogged with hair the stopper wouldnât work. Also the ice maker didnât work. We were aware of the refrigerator not working but not the ice maker. The dishwasher also wasnât working properly, probably led to the dirty dishes that we had. The master bedroom double doors wouldnât stay closed. The view of the bay is great though. The unit need some love and care!
We truly love the Caribe. It is great for families. My kids absolutely love the pools and slides. This year we decided to just hang out at the condo and swim and play all vacation. That being said, there were a few minor drawbacks to this unit. The oven, ice machine and ice maker in the freezer were all not working. There was visible mildew on the bottoms of the curtains. The hall bathroom tub could not be stoppered in order to take a bath. None of these are huge issues; however, it did feel like it detracted from the quality of the Caribe experience for the price we paid.
Very clean. We had a great view . we were on the 3rd floor and spent as much time on the Balcony as we could looking at the gulf and watching the boats.
Very nice⊠few imperfections but still great! YOU DO HAVE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PICK UP KEYS. If coming in late, kind of an inconvenience. They made process easy for pickup after hours tho. Texts and emails often with great reminders. View wasnât direct but you could see both sides of water! The buildings had lots to offer. Nice for friends or for family.
This Condo at the Caribe was beautiful. Iâve stayed at the Caribe several times and it doesnât matter which condo I stay in it always has beautiful view.
I have been here lots of times and the check in of this property is inconvenient. They only gave us one roll of bathroom tissue and their check out process different. Personally we like to rent from a owner not a realtor company.
I did not like having to drive 30 min from resort to get key and then drive out of my way to bring key back when we checked out. Next time I will pay attention to who Iâm booking from. Room was nice with some needs for small repairs. Tile floors are cracked. Oven wouldnât close and had to use magnets to keep oven shut.
No contact with youngs suncoast as they were closed when we arrived. Nice unit, but some of bowls and plates were dirty. Modern living space with great amenities
