Thank you again for staying with us. When you had called and said you where already here on the island at 1:00pm and wanted to check in I told you the house was ready but grounds had not yet been by. You said that was not a problem you would call us If you needed anything you would rather check in and get stuff unloaded. So we allowed that. Yes in the description it does not say anything about a hot tub, it says there is a kids pool. There is no hot tub. Besides the private pool guest do have access to the community heated pool, which gives all the information in your check in information about the community heated pool, the hours its opened, and the address. Instead yall went to the pool that was right next door that was a different community pool. As far as the Maintenace issues we did not get a call on any of it till the day you checked out, we did however get a message thru VRBO at 2:13am about the slow drain. I seen that message that morning about 10:00 am when i called the girl that answered said it was draining slow but not to send Maintenace out to fix it when yall check out. Every renter has our number its also in the check in information, Its a number you can call or text anytime. If its after hours and late we suggest you call it.
