Thank you for choosing our condo for your family trip and for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're glad to hear you had a nice stay and enjoyed exploring the area. Most properties in the area do not have A/C but we advise guests to open windows at night to let the cool air in and close them during the day to keep it a nice temperature. If you require additional fans to keep cool please always let us know and we are happy to provide them. Additionally, we appreciate your understanding regarding the wear and tear that you noticed in the condo. As a property that hosts numerous guests over time, it is natural for some signs of use to appear. However, we constantly strive to maintain the condo to the highest standards possible. We will assess the wear and tear you mentioned and take appropriate measures to address any areas that require attention. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future!

Amanda, Thanks so much for your review and for your stay with us. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to comment upon your stay. One note: The townhome does not have AC. Air conditioning is very rare at 9,000 feet in altitude in Colorado with average temperatures that get down in the 50's at night and daytime temperatures that are rarely out of the low 80's, even in the middle of the summer. Our instructions do advise of this, and we'll double-check them to make sure that information is more obvious. Again, thanks for your visit and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re thrilled to hear that the property and location were ideal for your large group and that the proximity to the family condo across the plaza was a key factor in your decision. However, we deeply apologize for the confusion and miscommunication surrounding your check-in. We completely understand how stressful it must have been to experience those delays, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused. Your feedback about the dinner reimbursement and the access to the pool and hot tub is valuable, and we will make sure that we have better communication with our guests to ensure better communication and a smoother experience for future guests. We truly appreciate your patience throughout the situation, and we’re glad to hear that the dinner was ultimately covered, though we understand it wasn’t the ideal outcome. Your experience is certainly not reflective of the standard we aim to provide, and we have taken your comments into account to improve our service moving forward. We hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future, as we would love to provide a better experience for you and your group.
