Maison de ville de luxe - Ski in / Ski Out - Foosball - Best Location

Notre maison de ville Elkpoint de 3000 pieds carrés, 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains (unité 6) est l'une des rares véritables propriétés de ski in / ski out au Purgatory Resort, construite directement sur les pistes et à quelques pas de la place principale.

La cuisine gastronomique a des comptoirs en granit et comprend un bar avec des siÚges et s'ouvre sur l'espace de vie principal et la salle à manger, vous donnant beaucoup d'espace pour vous détendre en famille et entre amis. Le 2e espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée est parfait pour les enfants avec une table de baby-foot et une télévision.

La chambre principale a un foyer au gaz tandis que la salle de bain a une baignoire jacuzzi.

La maison de ville a une laveuse / sécheuse, WIFI et un garage attenant chauffé pour 2 voitures (tandem) qui a beaucoup d'espace de stockage pour le matériel.

Les frais de service de 4% inclus dans le devis sont les frais de service requis qui doivent ĂȘtre facturĂ©s et ne permettent pas d'accĂ©der au Durango Mountain Club. Pour un supplĂ©ment de 4% (et facultatif), vous aurez accĂšs au Durango Mountain Club qui comprend une piscine extĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e avec toboggan, un bain Ă  remous extĂ©rieur et une salle d'entraĂźnement. Lors de la rĂ©servation, indiquez simplement si vous souhaitez que nous ajoutions les frais supplĂ©mentaires de 4%.

Restez avec nous et nous offrons des RÉDUCTIONS sur les activitĂ©s d'Ă©tĂ© (rafting, Ă©quitation, etc.) et d'hiver (location de ski / snowboard, billets de remontĂ©e, promenades en traĂźneau, tours en motoneige, etc.).

Politique d'annulation: Un paiement de 300 $ est requis au moment de la réservation. Ce paiement de 300 $ est appliqué sur le montant total dû et n'est remboursable que dans les 72 heures suivant la réservation. Si votre date d'arrivée est dans les 45 jours suivant la réservation, le paiement intégral est exigé au moment de la réservation. Les annulations ou les modifications qui entraßnent un séjour écourté, qui sont effectuées dans les quarante-cinq (45) jours de la date d'arrivée, perdent le montant total de la réservation tandis que les annulations faites plus de quarante-cinq (45) jours avant votre arrivée ne sont perdues que le paiement de 300 $ effectué au moment de la réservation. Pour les réservations d'au moins trente (30) nuits, la politique d'annulation ci-dessus passe à soixante (60) jours avant la date d'arrivée. Nous offrons une assurance voyage.

Absolute Perfect Location

This was our second year at Purgatory and this location was a game changer. So nice to be able to walk a few steps to the house from lift, take our boots off, grab lunch or a snack, and then head right back out for more skiing. The home was very spacious and accommodated our group of 12(6 adults & 6 kids ages 10-160 perfectly. Staff was very responsive to questions and a couple of minor items that needed attention in the home. We look froward to returning in the near future. Highly recommend this property and Purgatory Resort.

Perfect location for skiing!

Location was amazing for skiing! Lots of room to fit our large family. Nice to be able to take a break from the slopes for lunch with out needing the shuttle. The house is huge and great location but could use a deep clean and upstairs bathtub needs the drain fixed. We loved our stay though and have already booked for next year!

Another fabulous trip..

We REALLY enjoy the Elk Point condos - can’t beat them for proximity to lifts and base area. There were a few things in the kitchen that would have been helpful - ie a cookie sheet/sheet pan - but it all worked out! We’ll definitely be back!

Best Spot at Purg

We have stayed just about everywhere at Purg including the Pinnacle Suite at the resort and this place beat them all. You can board all the way down the mountain, right up to the gorgeous back entrance. The patio is an awesome spot to rest and people watch. We thought the upstairs was going to be too hot and the basement too cold, but all floors were individually regulated and comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day and do laundry before heading home. The garage parking was nice, too. Clean place, fast responses from owner. We had a great Christmas here!

We had plenty of room and nice furnishings. And the kids could go right out the back door and play and only a few minute walk to the lodge. Only thing was the water pressure in 2 showers was really low. Great stay!

Very good location and nice townhouse

The location of this townhouse can't be beat. It's right on the graduate slopes and very easy to ski-in and out with an extremely short walk. The house itself appears to be well-maintained and everyone was happy with the comfort of the beds. It would be nice to have a few more extra blankets so that we didn't keep the heat so high at night. The kitchen had plenty of plates, but not very many forks so we had to do dishes pretty frequently. When we mentioned needing a useable frying pan, the management company brought one to us the very next day which was much appreciated. Overall, the townhouse was very good location and very comfortable to be in, but if you're planning to cook most of your meals there, the cooking equipment is pretty basic.

We cooked most meals at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was close by and the kids enjoyed swimming every day. I would stay here again.

The unit is stocked with everything you would need to stay in and make dinner but was close enough to walk across the ski run to grab dinner or drinks at the lodge/bar. We did have a couple of small issues with the unit but management came right away to repair it. We will definitely be back to rent this unit!!

It is a true ski in/ski out and we loved sitting on the porch watching all of the activities taking place on the mountain. The managing company was very responsive to emails with questions. The property does need some updates based on location and price points as well as a refresh of supplies in the kitchen and a major deep cleaning.

Great location!

We came here with our families to ski. Location cannot be beat! Ski down to the graduate lift or short walk up to lift 1. Ski right back to the back porch at the end of the day. Access to the purgatory hot tub after a long day of skiing. Beds were super comfortable! The few suggestions I have: There are 4 bathrooms, but they only gave us toiletries for 2 of them and the website says we have to buy more. Not a huge deal, but would have expected to have a box for each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but only had one wine glass and a few regular glasses. No kid cups either. Needs a restock.The master fireplace (and/or remote) didn't work. The downstairs fireplace remote needs to be replaced. We needed pillowcases for the extra pillows.With the few minor changes mentioned above, this place would be the best! Even without the changes, I would still recommend and stay here again.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Christmas getaway

This was an amazing place to stay we did encounter a few issues on the second floor bedrooms we had one room with a large separation in the window from the wall we had to stuff washcloths to keep out the cold, the upstairs bedroom the tub does not close so we were unable to use the whirlpool tub. Kitchen could have used a good scrubbing when I was on the floor to clean up a spill I noticed how filthily the cabinets were they defiantly hadn't been wiped in some time. The views were amazing if repair and cleaning were addressed we defiantly would come back and spend more time, Don't get me wrong the place is worth the money just needs a few things addressed.

Great place to stay in Durango

We had an amazing time here. We were a large party and there was sufficient room for everyone. The only complains we have were of the cleanliness and the offered amenities in the listing. There were cobwebs all over the light fixtures and windows. We also found mouse droppings in the master bedroom in the dresser drawers. We're were also not allowed to use the hot tub or the pool. We were told by the lodging staff that those amenities are only for guests of the central lodge area. Anyone staying at the individually managed properties could not use the pool or hot tub. Aside from that we did enjoy our stay and would consider booking again.

However, the property is in need of a deep cleaning. Cobb webs issues, screens missing from windows, accumulated dust in the corners of the floor, 3 coffee makers none of which worked and were dirty. Management did provided a new Mr. Coffee after reporting coffee maker issue. Dishes and flatware appeared to be unclean. Overall disappointed with the cleaniness.

Our stay

Love the location and area. Perfect for our trip. Disappointed in the following: Checkin- garage code did not work, the code worked on the combo box First appearance over-all was great. Towels were in the dryer, sheets were in the washer unwashed No towels in the bathrooms, two dirty towels left hanging on the bathroom door on the main floor All the beds looked as though other people slept in them, bed pillows were terrible, old with yellow stains when you removed the pillow cases. Two of the beds did not have mattress covers. Kitchen, living area were dusty, not swept, french doors had child hand prints on the glass as well as a dusty residue. We made do, but strongly suggest a different cleaning service company. Thank you Kathy
