This is my honest review of the property. The house was located in a good neighborhood and didn’t see much trouble. The house on the app seamed to be in perfect condition and didn’t see any flaws. When we arrived at the house there was old doors and wood outside the front of the house. Door didn’t have a smart lock so we had to grab keys and carry them around with us. Not the worst thing but I’d rather do a key code lock. Entering the house the floor was creaking there was a cockroach in the sink 2 dead cockroaches in the fridge. The freezer on the fridge didn’t have a handle. There wasn’t any paper towels so we had to go buy more. The only button on the living room tv remote that worked was the back button so make sure to bring your own Apple TV like we did. The houses ac worked very well. The laminate flooring was poorly done and they threw a rug over it to hide it but walking over the rug you could tell there was a problem. The guest bathroom the vanity top drawer wouldn’t open all the way and the sink wouldn’t drain properly and stunk of sewage. No dressers in 2nd and 3rd bedroom had to keep clothes in suitcases. Shower in the master had a squeegee and was confused but later found out that the shower isn’t pitched right and had free standing water so you had to squeegee the water to the drain. And if you care about water pressure… it’s awful. Overall the house was terrible in my opinion and wouldn’t stay there again.
