Profitez d'une remise spéciale pour notre lancement en douceur 1/18 - 1/27; l'intérieur est parfaitement terminé, mais nous travaillons toujours sur l'aménagement paysager avant et arrière et le côté sud du porche arrière grillagé (laveuse / sécheuse non encore installée). De plus, le plombier a oublié la ligne d'eau chaude pour le lave-vaisselle nouvellement installé et doit revenir, et le réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable est dans la boutique (un réfrigérateur blanc parfaitement fonctionnel se tient debout). Cette maison fraîche et propre vient de terminer une rénovation complète et a été relancé comme une maison de vacances 100% dédiée. Le remodelage complet de la cuisine vient d'être terminé en janvier 2020, avec de nouvelles armoires tout en bois, des comptoirs en granit, tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris le lave-vaisselle et le micro-ondes intégré. Il est entièrement rempli de plats, d'ustensiles, de petits appareils électroménagers - tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour dîner. Profitez de son salon confortable avec des meubles en cuir et une télévision murale à écran plat, deux chambres chacune avec un écran plat mural, une cour clôturée privée avec véranda et patio en travertin. Idéalement situé, il est à seulement 3, 5 miles tout droit à l'ouest sur Park Blvd. à Indian Shores Beach. De Ft. Desota Beach au sud à Clearwater Beach au nord, les plages du comté de Pinellas sont parmi les plages les plus fréquentées du pays. Le centre commercial et de divertissement de Seminole City Center est accessible à pied, tout comme le parc du lac Seminole et le parc Seminole Waterfront.

Home and property was everything we needed. The host is fantastic and our stay was great. It is a great place for us in a location that was excellent for what we needed and was looking for. Definitely a keeper for future stays.

Quiet, clean and great location! Fenced in yard and large screened in porch with washer and dryer. Everything you need. I've stayed there many times.

We rented this VRBO in Seminole and had our grandkids. We had a blast at the property, the lake n the beach. Went by to fast n now heading back to Texas.

Simply Fantastic!

Cindy was such a gracious host. She’s bubbly and warm, made us feel right at home! Came for a weekend beach trip and this was perfect as it was only 15-20 min from the beach and there’s many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, so the location was perfect. We highly recommend staying here; great experience overall.

Henry, as I've explained several times, to you and to VRBO in response to your repeated complaints, it is impossible for me to address your perception of the smell of "weed" in one of the bedrooms when noone else smells anything. Neither myself, the guests before you, the guests after you nor any of the three separate individuals I asked to inspect found any smell. I was awakened at 3:30 AM by this complaint and arrived at the property at 9:00 AM to assess and assist - no smell.

Good place to stay

It was a very cute little house that fit all of our needs. My mother and I stayed here together. The host is kind and responsive. Very easy check in and check out. There's a Walgreens close by also, which was quite convenient. I would stay here again.

Our stay at this property was very relaxing it was conveniently located with many options within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again if we need to come to the area. Cyndi was very responsive in all correspondence.

Perfect little space

We came to town for the weekend to visit my aunt, this place was 1 block from her home so it was a perfect location to sit and visit. We had small dogs so the backporch area with yard was perfect. We will definitely check for this place when we come again.

Great location and host

Needed a weekend spot to use as home base to say goodbye to friends and family… and this place is close to the beach, Gandy, and groceries. Neighborhood is cute. The guest room bed is a trundle and not the most comfortable but the primary was good. The porch and yard are adorable. Most of the house was clean- but it looks like a guest put a dirty pan back in the cabinet. Really good value - and friendly host. Would stay there again, for sure.

Decent stay in convenient location

Just 40 min. from TPA & 25 from PIE airport. 14 min. from beach. Quaint & fairly quiet location 1 block from busy Park Blvd. & Seminole St. Lots to do within short driving distance. If internet was better, I’d give it 5 stars. Host did her best to remedy issue. Overall this was clean, comfy & convenient.

A nice property in a central Seminole location.

This rental is appropriately priced in the medium-range of Seminole properties. Pay close attention to the pictures and the guest comments so you know what to expect. The rental is compact and well-lived in. Limited space to unpack. Because of its north orientation and black furniture, the unit seems dark (and is blessedly cool!) on the inside. The small shower would be challenging for larger adults, though the water pressure was excellent. The owner was very helpful throughout, and the check-in process clearly laid out. The full-size kitchen was fine, but be prepared to furnish your own coffee and spices. Great location for Seminole; good value for the price.

This host is so rude I truly can’t believe they allow people like this to be a host. Upon checking into this unit the smell of stale cigarets and weed instantly hit us upon walking thru the door. It was late at night being 11 pm and we didn’t know what to do. We called VRBO and they told us to call the host. Called the host with no answer. We then locked up and left getting a hotel room. Hours later the host called back and is instantly so rude and aggressive it was crazy. Thank god my wife started recording so Vrbo could hear how terrible this lady is. Just trying to warn you.

Nicoholas, you called my cell 5 times between 1:30- 2:00 AM and woke me up due to a non emergency. You proceeded to demand a full refund for a smell that I am quite confident was not organic to our property. You claimed the property, "reeked of weed and cigarettes". Two days prior to this checkin when I cleaned personally, there was no smell and it remained vacant until your checkin. The property has been non smoking as long as we have owned it, since 2006. I sent my co host to inspect the morning after checkin, and she found no smell. I personally inspected the following morning when I was back in town - again, the only smell is the lightest of scents from our air fresheners. My "rude" response was to tell you I was not able to address a non emergency at 2 AM, that I would inspect as soon as possible and follow up. You did not respond to my subsequent outreach.
