Welcome to “Our Tree Home” in Palm Bay! This spacious retreat is ideal for families and large groups. All bedrooms feature king beds, Roku TVs, and blackout shades, plus a playroom with a twin-over-full bunk, games, and its own AC. The open living room offers a 75-inch Roku TV, large sofa, and extra seating, while the dining room and full kitchen make meals easy. Outside, enjoy a private patio with grill, gazebo dining, swing, and fire pit, plus fast WiFi and ample parking.

The Space:
Our spacious home is designed for comfort, fun, and togetherness, making it the perfect spot for family vacations, group getaways, or business retreats. The home comes with fast, free WiFi, and features ample parking, multiple king bedrooms, a large playroom, and a private patio—there’s something here for everyone, including your furry friends.

Water: This home is connected to public (city) water, offering consistent pressure and quality.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
As you step inside to the left, the first bedroom is the master suite, featuring a king bed, Roku TV, blackout window shades, and a spacious walk-in closet stocked with a pack ’n play and baby bathtub for little ones. The ensuite bathroom offers a luxurious walk-in shower and is fully stocked with complimentary toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and starter supplies—creating a spa-like experience.

Also on the left wing, you’ll find a second king bedroom with its own walk-in closet, Roku TV, and blackout shades, providing comfort and privacy.

On the right wing of the house, you’ll discover two additional king bedrooms, each furnished with a king bed, Roku TV, blackout shades, and spacious closets—perfect for family or friends. Conveniently located just outside these two bedrooms is the second bathroom, which features a shower/tub combo and is fully stocked with toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, and starter supplies—ensuring guests have everything they need.

All four bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, Roku TVs, blackout window shades, and spacious closets, making this home ideal for larger groups.

Living, Dining & Kitchen – The Heart of the Home:
At the center of the house, you’ll find the main gathering spaces designed for comfort and connection.

Living Room: This open-concept space features a 75-inch Roku TV, a large comfortable sofa, and additional seating for group gatherings. It’s perfect for watching sports, enjoying movie nights, or relaxing together after a day at the beach. A basket of fresh beach towels is also provided for your trips to nearby beaches.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a convenient coffee bar, and starter basics for your stay. Its open design flows into the living area, allowing you to stay connected while preparing meals.

Dining Room: Separate from the kitchen, the dining room features a spacious table that comfortably seats your group—perfect for family-style meals and celebrations.

Playroom / Entertainment Area:
The converted garage has been transformed into a playroom and entertainment area designed for kids, teens, and adults alike. It’s equipped with its own dedicated AC split unit, so guests can adjust the temperature to their liking for year-round comfort. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a 65-inch Roku TV, and a variety of toys and games for all ages—making it a favorite hangout spot.

Office / Entry Area:
Immediately to the left upon entry, this welcoming space doubles as a practical office setup, complete with a large office table, ergonomic chair, and a sitting area.

Outdoor Space:
Step out to the large fenced private patio, perfect for relaxation and fun. Enjoy outdoor toys, plenty of space to unwind, and a peaceful swing under the tree. Just outside, you’ll also find the grill and outdoor dining table under the gazebo — great for cookouts or casual meals outdoors. The patio features cornhole and a fire pit for s’mores, making it a favorite gathering place for guests of all ages.

Laundry Room:
Just past the living room, you’ll find the laundry area, fully equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and starter laundry supplies.
