The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, dish soap & tablets, sponges, trash bags, hand towels.

Our welcoming open layout includes the kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, two chairs, a 65 inch Smart TV, windows with natural light. Enjoy this ideal space for board games, movie nights, or just spending quality time with loved ones.

★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★
Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail at the outdoor sectional in the screened in patio area. If you have children, it is also an ideal place to watch them swimming while enjoying your drinks. Alternatively, start your morning yoga or Pilates session in spacious patio room with a view of the pool

The front and backyard lawn area is maintained by a professional company once a week. They will need access for about 1.5 hours to maintain the property.

★ SWIMMING POOL ★
The swimming pool depth is varied (3-6 feet), please be careful when using it, especially with children. It is featured with 4 chaise lounger chairs, sun umbrella and 2 safety life vests for small kids. Please read the swimming pool rules.

The pool is maintained by a professional company once a week, so please understand depending on check in days the condition upon arrival will vary slightly. OPTIONAL POOL HEATING COSTS:
$20/day, $125/week or $400/month for maximum of 86 degrees.

Heating is required to be on for the entire stay. Please message us before your stay if additional heating is preferred. There is 2 days prior notification required in order to heat the pool since it will take at least 24 hours to get to desired temperature.

★ ESSENTIALS ★
The entire home is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, so you’ll always be cool and connected.

Free Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the carport and private driveway. Please inquire if 3rd car space is needed.

★ NOISE MONITOR ★
No parties or events allowed. The noise monitor does not record any conversations. It serves to monitor any excessive noise that may interfere with the allowed noise level in the neighborhood.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For security enhancement we have total 4 security camera/recording devices surrounding all four corners of the property. All are working 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras in private areas or inside the house, only in common areas (including pool).

★ GUEST ACCESS ★
+ Access to our home is gained through a secure, keypad entry so no need to worry about flight/travel delays or arriving later than planned for check-in. Just please keep us informed.
+ You and your guests will have complete access to entire house including pool and fenced in backyard; except the locked owner’s pantry in the hallway, shed outside, and Owner labeled boxes in one corner of laundry room.
