From this prime location you can easily walk to the beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, and Española Way, placing Miami Beachâs best restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and Art Deco attractions right at your doorstep.
This bright and comfortable condo offers a relaxed home base for exploring everything South Beach has to offer. The living area features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table for four guestsâperfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or a night out enjoying Miamiâs famous nightlife.
One of the highlights of the property is the private balcony overlooking the historic Art Deco district, where you can enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply take in the vibrant atmosphere of South Beach.
