Our home is a blend of contemporary elegance merged with timeless Craftsman design, perfectly harmonized with its natural surroundings. Nestled in the scenic beauty of Mosier, OR you'll have breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge and the iconic Coyote Wall Syncline Hills. Your stay promises more than just accommodation; it's an unforgettable journey into nature and the unique charm of our community. We're excited to welcome you to our paradise and ensure memories that will last forever.
Interior Space: the home boasts three well-appointed bedrooms and 2.5 baths spread across two spacious levels, accommodating up to six guests.
Property: enjoy the great outdoors from the expansive deck and stone patio. Whether it's morning coffee, an evening BBQ, or stargazing at night, the outdoor space is sure to be a favorite hangout, with stunning views of The Columbia River. The property is adorned with mature landscaping, a lovingly maintained garden, and fruitful trees. Depending on the season, you might just pluck a fresh apple or cherry for a delightful natural snack.
Guest access: The entire home and property other than the garage.

• Randonée Café for an espresso made with house-roasted coffee beans
• Mosier Company Restaurant (aka MoCO) has a full service bar, kitchen and coffee roastery in a beautifully designed space which also includes an expansive outdoor terraced patio
• Brenna's Mosier Market for grocery essentials, snacks, beer or wine
• The Mosier Plateau Trail is a short walk from the house and has sweeping views of the Columbia River Gorge and Mosier Valley
• Pocket Park Waterfall is located along the Mosier Plateau Trail and is a hidden gem during the summer months, enjoy wading in the creek or taking a dip in the swimming hole
• Rock Creek Park is a favorite local walking spot with a nicely groomed trail along the Columbia River with a sandy beach area, great fishing and a launching area for seasonal water-sports.

• The Mosier Twin Tunnel Trail along Historic Hwy 30 offers approx 10 miles of paved trail roundtrip with lookout points along the way, great for walking, biking, longboarding, etc (no motorized vehicles allowed)
• Rowena Crest Viewpoint Trail, located about 8 miles East of Mosier along scenic Historic Hwy 30, is known for its dramatic landscapes, wildflowers, and scenic views of the Columbia River and Washington hillsides.
• Mosier Wine Tasting & Cider Tasting at Idiot's Grace Vineyards, Analemma Wines, Garnier Vineyards or Runcible Cider
• Mt Hood Railroad: scenic tour of the Hood River Valley by train, starts in Downtown Hood River and loops up to Parkdale at the base of Mt Hood and back

• This is a non-smoking property
• No parties or events, small gatherings okay
• No unauthorized guests
• No glitter, confetti or decor attached to the walls or ceilings with tape, nails, etc
PETS (Dogs only)
• Pets must be kept downstairs
• No pets on the furniture
• $250 Minimum fee for pet related damage
• $50 Fee per dog, maximum of two dogs
• Pets must not be left unattended indoors or outdoors
• Be sure to pick up after your pet uses the bathroom
FIREPLACE
• Only presto logs in the fireplace (please supply your own)

• The garage is locked and not available for guest access
• The firewood pile is not available for guest use
