My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a clean cabin and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very pleased.
We absolutely loved our stay in this cabin. The room was fantastic and the golf course/club house was great! We loved the mattress so much we bought one for us. Will definitely stay again and possibly for more than 2 nights!
The cabin was perfect!! Very nicely decorated, great style, open and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Just minutes from Cades Cove. What an amazing place!!
Was the perfect little get away for our honeymoon! Bit of a drive but was much better than the super excessive touristy places around TN! For the price we paid we were very impressed!
We really enjoyed the privacy and secluded nature of the property. The town was close (about 5 minutes) and drive was scenic. Loved the wood burning fireplace and quiet of the woods. Would love to return someday!
We had a lovely time; cabin was great; kitchen was outfitted nicely; we appreciated the Smoky Mountain hiking books on the shelf; Cades Cove trails are nearby; rivers, trails and mountains were beautiful; played Scrabble; enjoyed Company Distilling and Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro in Townsend; recommend visiting Mabry-Hazen House for historic house tour in Knoxville (and there are others) on your way over : ) ; owner was responsive to our questions!
The Cove sets back in the woods with a nice wooded driveway. Cabin is well equipped and clean. Very comfortable and we really enjoyed our trip. Cyndie is a wonderful host.
Overall, we loved the cabin! We will definitely stay at this location again, only about a 45 minute drive to Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the fireplace as well as the indoor tub. We did have a question the first day and received no response from the property owner, which is the only reason for the 3 stars. This place has everything you want for a nice stay!
We felt so lucky to stay here and enjoy this cozy cabin. It had such a balance of country charm and modern fixtures and ambiance. The open floor plan is such a romantic way to enjoy your partnerâs presence. Our stay had no issues and we couldnât have asked for better hosts. Thank you for such a wonderful memory!
Our first trip to Townsend was a success in part due to the Great cabin. We came up for a concert at the Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center. Having never been to townsend, we had no idea where to stay. We knew we didn't want to stay in a hotel and began searching for cabins. This one was conveniently located, easy access, perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed. Thank you, Cindy!
My wife and I have stayed at The Cove several times over the years. It has always been a well-kept cabin and a very pleasant experience. We had a power outage from a windstorm during our stay, but the property owner quickly responded when we contacted them. Luckily, the power company had the power restored within a couple hours. Stores and shops are literally 5 minutes away, and we also enjoy going to Cades Cove that is about a 30 minute drive. We will be booking another trip this year.
Cabin was really well appointed and decor was beautiful. Loved the deck with lights. Very private and we saw a large black bear in the woods just below our cabin. With that said, there were a couple of issues. First, the shower doors would not stay closed. You have to hold door shut with one hand and bath with the other! Also, the cabin was damp and kind of musty smelling. There was actually mold growing on the kitchen pot holder. Cabin really needs a good dehumidifier. All in all, still a nice stay for the money.
Beautiful and quiet place to relax and unwind from the daily grind. Perfect for a couple get away!!! Very clean! Will definitely recommend and go back.
This cabin is amazing and extremely well kept and very clean. Jeromy is excellent with communication. We enjoyed the cabin a lot. We will definitely be returning in the future and will gladly give 10 stars if it would let. Overall we will recommend this cabin to everyone looking for the perfect couples getaway to the Smokies
Perfect for a couple with s small dog. Everything you need is already in the cabin.I would recommend bringing your golfclubs. There is a beautiful golf course.
