Nice place, rental is geared towards families with children, (pool, games, ping pong). Comfortable home, close to many eating places and within 15 minutes to the strip.

We had a nice stay and the host was availableTo respond to any questions or concerns. It was about 15-20 minutes from the strip. You can see the whole strip on the right side over the fence.

My girls absolutely loved the pool I think they spent the majority of their time there. There was plenty of extras you don’t typically see if the kitchen that made cooking much easier. Communication with our host was very smooth before and during our stay.

Rooms were clean, great communication including community rules to make sure the experience was good for everyone. We enjoyed the stay, including the pool which wasn’t too cold for spring. We appreciated the peaceful and relaxing environment. Thanks for the great stay!

Thank you Hodi for giving me and my family a wonderful home to stay as we visited my sister. It was fun and my niece and nephew loved the games and the pool (it was hard to keep them out of it). Overall, I’d say that the home is cozy, clean and is located in a good area. To future guests: whoever has the master bedroom, you’ll have the best room in the house. Enjoy!

The house is really cozy, with ping pong table, pool, TV in every room, and garage for parking.The host responds quickly when I send her messages for questions. I will definitely want to stay here again in the future.

The house served our needs but it's clear that management is not really thinking hard about the guest experience. Came with some friends for a Red Rocks climbing trip. Pros: Pool. Decently stocked kitchen. Space. Garage parking. Ping pong and Jenga. Cons: The host didn't message my check-in instructions. When I messaged the host from the Vegas airport, they asked us to confirm guest count before they would give us instructions. This should have been initiated by the host before, not by me at check in time. On arrival, the house was not clean. We swept up broken glass all over the garage floor. The countertop in the shared bathroom had toothpaste on it. There were dirty towels in the bedrooms and dirty dishes in the cabinets. There was no dishwasher detergent (although someone dropped it off after I messaged to inquire). No towels in the bathrooms and the only ones were in the dryer, still damp. The ceiling vents are dirty, which indicates that the filters aren't changed often. The twin beds are cots stored in the garage, and the queen bedrooms are not big enough to comfortably fit the cots. One person slept on a cot by the front door. I am not a high-maintenance person. I roll around in the dirt for fun. I booked the place for the good reviews. It is an ok place to stay, but it has the vibe of a cheap rental slapped together without actual thought and over-hyped to convince groups to book. The manager or host does a rush job and only delivers the basics when prompted to.

Pros:-Not a speck of dust ANYWHERE... house was SUPER clean...which was amazing. I think I saw some dust on one of the upstairs ceiling AC intakes\returns-Beautiful Pool-VERY quiet Cul-de-sac... neighborhood was a bit noisy with neighborhood kids...but they were playing... outside of that, very quiet.-WE felt safe.-Property was about 2-3 miles away from the strip. Wonderful view in the distance.-Very well stocked with kitchen ware and pots and pans.-Owner\Manager was excellent in all communication. Very fast in all of their responses, whether it was at night or in the morning.-Whenever we needed anything, owner was super fast in responding and meeting the "need".-Beautiful master bedroom shower...-Lots of beds (we did not need them all).-LOTS of Amenities including a PS5 for the kids to play on.-We brought 5 kids, 15 year-old, 13 year-old, 10 year-old daughters and a 9 and 5 year-old sons. Everyone enjoyed the house.-The house felt "lived-in" in a "mostly" good way. We really felt like owners had up and left, lol, because it was so clean, but had so many amenities and extras.CONS:-Outdoor Hot Tub-Linen-Pool... -CarpetWOULD WE RENT AGAIN?-Yes... definitely, if the price and timing was right... OH YEAH!!!

Great place to chill

We visited during late November and it was too cold to use the pool but thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will do so again. The house is big and spacious. We played some ping pong and Pac-Man. Made use of the hot tub (an extra fee). There's a terrific view of the Vegas skyline from the yard.

USA Wrestling - Masters Open

The property was as described. My husband was wrestling at the USA Open Wrestling Masters and our family came as well - we loved the back yard. The pool, spa and play area was a hit for the adults and grandkids especially after being at an event all day. Inside the ping pong, fooseball and arcade game kept everyone just as busy. Communication with the host was amazing. Anytime I emailed a question, I received a prompt reply. Our family (6yrs to 61 yrs) would stay here again. Happiness to the Host and to the families that stay there.

Almost perfect

This property is so very nice, fun and a great location. Just needs a little TLC. Easier instructions on hot tub turn on, a better check of the yard after renters (some trash…). The kitchen has dishes to feed 100 but no towels or measuring cups. These are minor concerns but take the house from a 5+ to a 5-.

This is a great house!

Great communication with owner before and during our stay. Pictures do not do the home justice. It's nice and spacious and has all you need for your downtime in Las Vegas. Location was very convenient to the strip. Home was incredibly clean which is so important to us. Kitchen is large & modern and has everything necessary to prepare a meal. Bedrooms are good-sized and beds are comfortable. Mattresses have different levels of firmness, so it's easy to find one you like. Bathrooms are very big and have good counter space. Game room seemed nice although we did not have time to use it while there. Very convenient for us to park in the garage. Backyard is a lovely oasis. Maybe next time we visit, the weather will allow us to use the pool. Absolutely nothing to complain about. This home offered everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great house to stay over the weekend lots of space and fun games to play inside with big groups. Pool was also another great thing very refreshing. Strip was only about a 10-15 min drive Worked out great. Other than that everything else was great lots of towels and other essentials making it easy for people who pack light. Also easy access to house and lots of parking. Amazing host btw, I 100% recommend your next stay here.

The host was very kind, responsive, and made a genuine effort to address concerns during our stay, which we truly appreciated.The location was convenient, and the home sits on a cul-de-sac, which initially suggested a quieter setting. However, there is a nearby busy road, and we did notice some traffic noise.Unfortunately, the home itself did not fully meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and accuracy compared to the listing. We encountered several issues upon arrival, including the condition of the pool and outdoor areas, items missing or different from the photos, and various maintenance concerns throughout the home. The host did respond and try to help address these issues during our stay, which we appreciated, but the property did not feel fully prepared at check-in and it impacted our overall experience.With additional attention to upkeep, cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring the listing reflects the current condition, this could be a much improved experience for future guests. We appreciated the host’s kindness and willingness to help throughout our stay.
