Discover the perfect blend of tranquility and proximity at our 3-bedroom, 2-bath RANCH home with a den/office, accommodating up to 6 guests. Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just minutes from the vibrant energy of the Las Vegas Strip, this well-appointed oasis offers all the comforts of home.

Location:
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, our home provides a relaxing retreat while being close to all the action and adventures Las Vegas has to offer.

The airport is a quick 5-minute drive, and the rental car center is only 3 minutes away. Mandalay Bay casino and the Strip are easily accessible within 6-7 minutes.

Outdoor Retreat:
Spend carefree afternoons in the beautiful pool and backyard oasis. Whether you choose to cook/grill or explore nearby restaurants, our home offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventures.
Pool is heated May to October. Please inquire about cost to heat outside the season

Local Attractions:
Venture out to the Strip or try your luck at local casinos like Silverton, Southpoint, and M Resort, all within 4 miles. Enjoy safe and quiet neighborhood walks or take a short Uber ride to the Strip or airport if you prefer not to rent a car. Outlets and Town Square, an outdoor shopping/entertainment district, are within 2 miles.

Indoor Comforts:
Our home boasts a family room with a large sectional couch and TV opening up to the backyard. The fully stocked kitchen features newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining area seating 6. Relax in the living room, and utilize the den/office with a sofa bed, desk, and printer for work or leisure.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Enjoy Wi-Fi and streaming services on 4 flat-screen TVs throughout the house. The pool area includes chairs, towels, and patio dining.

A RING CAMERA IS LOCATED AT FRONT DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR. CAMERA ALSO ON POOL EQUIPMENT ONLY, FOR MALFUNCTION PROTECTION. NO CAMERA ON POOL OR BACK YARD.

Minut noise monitor system in living room. Per city regulations. Only monitors NOISE decibels, and smoke detection.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome furry family members! If bringing a dog, please add to reservation. Only one dog is allowed on the premises.
No Cats Allowed.

House Rules:

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12, due to pool liability, house is not child proofed.

Please do not tamper with pool equipment. Will be charged if damage or for heating costs if off season .

November to April the Pool is not heated.

Please inquire about cost of pool heating during the months of November to April. We can heat for a fee depending on weather temperatures.

No unauthorized guests or pets; fees apply for violations.

Travel insurance recommended for added protection.

Wonderful Stay!

I came to Las Vegas with my family for a bingo tournament and this home was a gem! It was exactly what we were looking for in a rental - clean, cozy, quiet, homey, and well appointed. We will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how immaculately clean the home was—it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were absolutely wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive any time we had a question or needed a recommendation.One of the biggest highlights was the neighborhood. It felt very safe and quiet, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. On top of that, the location was super convenient—just a short drive to both the Strip and downtown, making it easy to enjoy everything Vegas has to offer without the noise and congestion.Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay in Las Vegas. Vegas get away

We had a lovely time at this location, lounging around the pool and dining al fresco. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The property is close to grocery stores and the Town Square for restaurants and shopping.

Family Vacation

We spent four nights with our 21 year old son, his girlfriend and our 18 year old daughter. Wanted to show them Vegas and do some sightseeing! The house was perfect. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have toilet paper, soap and laundry detergent provided! So so appreciated for a short stay. We never did figure out the coffee pot or the master bedroom ceiling fan. Our one complaint is the cost of getting an Uber to the strip! But this was something we should have researched more obviously. Thank you for letting us stay! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Las Vegas oasis

We loved our stay here! The house is spacious and so clean! All the amenities were well labeled with easy to follow instructions. We felt at home right way and loved the privacy and it’s only a short cab drive away from The Strip! And the pool is just wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Perfect pool home for a family stay

My husband and I met my parents and brother in LV for a football game at Allegiant. This house is centrally located and has ample room for several adult family members to coexist comfortably. The pool is pristine and the patio is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to have meals at the house. Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at the property for a college roommate reunion and a concert on the strip one night. Everything was very accessible and we thought the home was even nicer than the pictures. The backyard was perfect for a pool / relaxing day and the hosts were very responsive to a couple of restaurant recommendations we asked for.

Vegas Christmas

This lovely property was the perfect spot for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, a beauiful outdoor space and they even put holiday touches all around the home making it even more festive. The pics do not do justice to this lovely home and retreat from the lights and sounds of the strip. We would love to return to enjoy it again!

Great for family fun

The house was beautiful! The pool was amazing. It was perfect for our family to spend time together. There was plenty of room to hang out together and to have a little time to ourselves. Communication with Natalie was amazing and she was very accommodating to our needs and the needs of our boys.

Great stay in Las Vegas area!

We had a great time in Natalie and Joe's property. The place was very clean and as described with plenty of space for the 6 of us including a dog. Very convenient location in a family friendly neighborhood; close to the freeway, the airport and the strip without any of the noise. The pool area is really nice and it would have been a great place to lounge around if the weather had been better - we'll need to come back in the summer to enjoy it :-)

Very nice and comfortable home

This property is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and the back yard is private. We were very comfortable. Nice location close to everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking although we only cooked one meal. Pool is wonderful. Owner was in touch and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house and experience

The pictures of the house honestly don’t do it justice. Very cute and comfortable with everything you can think of to make your stay enjoyable! Stayed with three lifelong girlfriends to see a concert in town along with gorgeous hiking in the nearby state park. Everything exceeded our expectations and was the perfect retreat for morning coffee by the pool and relaxation after a day full of activities. We will definitely stay again in the future!

We love Las Vegas for the desert landscape, as we are from the Midwest and enjoy escaping the cold winters to Las Vegas. We stayed in numerous Las Vegas homes before purchasing this property and decided that is was a great location for us to enjoy and share with other travelers. Close to the strip, but can escape and ski at Mt Charleston, explore Lake Mead, hiking at Red Rock, Valley of Fire. Also can drive to the Grand Canyon, Palm Springs CA, Los Angles for a night. We enjoy the shows, restaurants, casinos and diverse activity in the Las Vegas Valley.
