The space
Nestled in a quiet community, our home is a 5-minute walk to Captiva's village center for shops, restaurants, and the famous Mucky Duck bar to watch the sunset.

Our ocean-front location with panoramic views of Pine Island Sound is a defining feature of the property. Wake to the sunrise over Pine Island Sound and sleep to the soothing sound of waves lapping at our private beach and dock.

Guests are welcome to use the dock for boats or jet skis. The dock is also a great spot to sit in the sun, feel the breeze, and even watch the manatees and dolphins that visit us daily.

The home’s private, heated in-ground pool and jacuzzi are a favorite for kids and adults. At night, the pool illuminates in blue, green, red, and purple light, which reflects off the home, providing a magical resort-like experience.

Three Suns Captiva is genuinely kid-friendly, with six spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests. Guests with kids are welcome to use the highchairs, pack-and-play, booster seats and games,

The home, designed with a passion for coastal living, was professionally remodeled from top to bottom in 2024 by award-winning builder Longfellow Design Build.

The great room balcony includes a bar perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It's an ideal spot for outdoor dining, socializing, or simply enjoying the view. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open the great room to the deck for indoor-outdoor living with a breathtaking view.

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the deep-water dock available for your use. If you bring your boat, Captiva has a boat launch that non-residents can use. Boats and jet skis can also be rented locally.
