Newly-renovated poolside, south-facing, ground-level condo. Centrally-located in the Coachella Valley. This 3BR Condo is located in Desert Falls Country Club. Fully-equipped Gourmet Kitchen with nearly new appliances and soft-close cabinetry. Travertine flooring with nearly new carpeting in bedrooms. New paint and LED lighting.. TV's in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms. Propane gas BBQ. Poolside to a large satellite pool/hot tub; the only satellite pool with a pool house (w/restrooms). The two ensuite bedrooms have King Beds. The 3rd Bedroom has a nearly new Queen Sofa Bed. Discounted rates for weekly and for monthly rentals. Guests enjoy access to the Desert Falls Country Club Fitness Center and Tennis and Pickleball Courts (guest rules apply). Desert Falls Country Club features a Ron Fream-designed Championship course that allows some public play. Desert Falls is also located very close to several exceptional public access courses: Desert Willow Golf Resort, Shadow Ridge Golf Club and Marriott Desert Springs Valley and Palm Golf Courses.

This place is awesome!! Super spacious and it was perfect to house our 6 person group. Don was always very responsive to any questions we had and laid out the check in and check out procedures so it made everything very seamless and enjoyable. We also loved how close to the pool we were! Perfect vacation getaway spot!

We very much enjoyed our stay. If you are sun lovers the outdoor areas have beautiful exposure (but also offer shade). Comfortable beds and an abundance of quality linens and towels. Well stocked with all the essentials - toilet paper, tissue, paper towel. Pool is steps away. Well appointed kitchen, flat screen TVs everywhere.

Very nice condo that is on the ground level. Easy access to the home in a gated community. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Furniture and bed's are very comfortable and again very clean. The owner is very good to communicate with the check in and check out procedures. We would definetly rent this condo again.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Don and Ann are truly ideal hosts. Their home is lovely and tasteful. The kitchen had everything including a bottle of champagne for us to ring in the New Year! It was so kind and indicative of their hospitality. The condo was super clean, spacious and bedrooms and beds comfortable and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi are a few steps away and we loved hearing the sway of Palm trees. We took lovely walks and the fitness center is premier. We rested from our city stressful lives and were grateful to be welcomed into this lovely home. Cant wait to come back next year!

Palm Desert weekend

Great Birthday Family Retreat!

We had the BEST time! Don was available if we needed anything and helpful with settling in. The condo was very close to the pool and hot tub! All amenities were clean and spotless. There was ample utensils for cooking needs! And Don thanks for those amazing bottles of wine!! They were exceptional! I highly recommend staying here!

One of our best stay. Don and Ann’s place was very clean, spacious, comfortable, well light, and nicely appointed for our family of four. We loved the ensuite bathrooms with the huge tub for soaking It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the close proximity of a big pool and hot tub that had a ladies/men bathroom on pool site. We played family pickleball and worked out at the well equipped gym. My husband and son got to golf a little too on the nice course. We did not have a chance to try out the restaurant because we already had plans each night for dinner with friends and family. Don and Ann were responsive hosts and provided us with stocked cold drinks and water which were thoughtful. The location was closed to grocery, and restaurants snd other golf courses too. I did not play but my husband son did. All in all, we had a great mini family vacation. Thanks Don and Ann!

Great Stay for the Weekend!

I booked this vrbo for myself/friends for a weekend. Upon booking I noticed it was a new listing and no reviews which may make some weary, but I decided to book anyway and IM SO GLAD I DID! The place was very clean, in a great location and in a safe neighborhood. The listing description is accurate and my group enjoyed the comfy beds, spacious rooms, and fully equipped kitchen. Check in and check out was also easy and smooth. Don and Ann were great hosts and answered any questions we had. If I ever find myself in this area again I would book with them 100%. Highly recommend this property, look no further just book it!

Neat, clean, comfortable, safe at home feeling.

Over and above my expectations! I like to cook, and had all the necessities to do so. My wife and I want to rent next year, to bad for us its not available. As far as I'm concerned! Don and his wife Ann are the Gold standard when it comes to VRBO Hosts

Wonderful stay in Palm Desert for the holiday!

We are so thankful to Don and we had the best time in Palm Desert! We decided to fly to Palm Desert to visit friends for Thanksgiving week. This condo was close to the location we needed. The home is perfect, great layout for a family, clean, has all the amenities and essentials for a wonderful and relaxing time! We spent most of our time enjoying our favorite restaurants nearby and the location was perfect! We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool, our boys used the gym and fitness center and we played pickleball everyday! We had a huge variety of glassware to make our favorite cocktails! We will definitely rent this unit again and recommend to all of our friends! Thank you for your hospitality and accommodations!

Wonderful!

Definitely one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in ALOT.The condo was spotlessly clean, Kitchen very well stocked with very good quality dishes, pots and pans, and everything you would need for cooking. Kurig coffee is supplied and there was wine and beer in the fridge! :) Linens and towels are very good quality and super comfortable beds. Very quiet area so great for sleep.The proximity to the pool could not be better. The owners were very helpful and responsive. You can tell that they take pride in their condo and care about your comfort.Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We hope to be back!

The Desert Falls condo is awesome! From the moment we booked, Don was extremely responsive throughout the entire process; we couldn't have been more accommodating. The condo was meticulously clean (better than any place we’ve stayed) and well stocked with all the daily necessities. Most favorite of all; higher end kitchenware. Even the pots and pans! The fresh orange and grapefruit trees on the property were a treat. The property is well maintained, peaceful/quiet, neighbors were friendly and respectful. Sitting outside on the patio, overlooking the pool was a real bonus. We’re looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again Don for making our stay so welcoming and joyful.
