Desert Falls Country Club

Welcome to my 11th Fairway Villa. My 2 bedroom 2 bath lower level Villa is in a Beautiful Landscaped Guard Gated Country Club. We have over 30 pools (the closest is across the street) and world class Championship Golf Course which is semi-private so you can play!
You’ll enjoy Desert Falls Country Club. Amenities include a clubhouse complex that is fully accessible to renters. This include free use of 9 night-lit tennis courts, pickle ball, a fitness center with state of the art exercise equipment. The complex also has a game room, pro shops and a restaurant that features breakfast, lunch and a daily happy hour with full bar
As you enter into the light and bright entry way with a cozy fireplace, beautiful lit bar and awesome views of the 11th fairway and local mountains you will know you are on vacation. Enjoy the remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. The kitchen has a convection/electrical range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. Also in the kitchen is a coffee maker, toaster and a blender.
The villa has tile flooring throughout the dining, living room, kitchen, and bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms.
The villa features 2 bedrooms with attached baths and walk in closets. Recently added a beautiful sectional couch and dining room chairs. There is laundry room with a washer and dryer a 2 car garage with parking in driveway as well for at least 4. We have back patio that overlooks the golf course and a view of the country club.
The patio has a table, chairs, a BBQ grill and a ceiling fan. There is a patio umbrella and stand in the garage if needed.
Inside the garage, there are four lounge chairs that can be used to lounge on the patio or taken to pool. Also, there is a heat lamp that can wheeled out to patio during the winter months to stay warm while sitting on the patio.

Golf cart is available upon request for an additional fee.

10 great restaurants are only a 2 minute drive away and the closet Casino is only 10 minutes away.

Absolutely perfect visit! Condo had everything we needed, was super comfortable and so much more. Would highly recommend if you are doing sight seeing or golfing this is the place to stay as it was perfectly located for all the different directions we were heading.

Short stay for a birthday celebration.

We had a great 3-day stay at this property. The home was clean and incredibly peaceful. Joshua was very responsive and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a relaxing place to unwind, I definitely recommend this place.

Hidden away paradise

If you ever need a clean, sizable, and easy to check in rental, look no further. From the guarded security gate to the quiet neighborhood, our group felt welcome and safe in this cozy desert oasis. The rooms were spacious and the amenities provided were unexpected delights. Our four day stay for Coachella could not have gone better. FIVE STARS.

Well equipped house

We had all the cooking and eating utensils that we needed. Brand new grill, and a new crockpot. Location was fairly close to the front entrance and we could walk to the Clubhouse.

The unit could use a deep clean and some new bedding. Pillow topper on king bed was not very comfortable. Overall, location was great and views were wonderful.

Fairway location a bit misleading

The condo itself was fine except for limited lighting and no ceiling fans; but the sofa in fam room was old and shedding feathers. There was no view of the course, as it was blocked by a high berm that left a sense of being in a below level patio
