I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and I understand how frustrating that can be—especially when traveling with grandchildren and managing mobility challenges. We strive to provide accurate and transparent descriptions of our properties. I’ve personally reviewed the listing, and I can confirm that it clearly states the unit includes one set of bunk beds. If the photos gave the impression of two sets, I sincerely apologize for the confusion. We often include multiple angles of the same area to give guests a better sense of the layout, location, and views within the unit—not to mislead. Regarding the lazy river, it is located on the Bay side of the resort, as described in the listing. We understand that the walk may be difficult for some guests, and we’ll take your comments into consideration. We also reached out via SMS at the beginning of your stay to welcome you and let you know we were available to assist. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any communication from you during your visit. We would have been more than happy to address any concerns in real time had we been made aware. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us, and I’m sorry to hear that the pull-out couch and bathrooms did not meet your expectations. We will follow up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure these issues are addressed. We value your feedback and take it seriously. While we regret that your stay was not enjoyable, we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a better experience.
